The listing was accurate and the location was ideal. Walking distance to most anything you'd need during an extended stay. The property is clean and well maintained, equipped with a thoughtfulness for all the needs of the tenant. The beds are comfortable, with good mattresses (we used two out of the three). The owner was prompt and helpful in responding to all our questions. The one and only, relatively minor, downside was the gas range - the stove burners were hard to control (likely to shut off entirely when put on low) and the oven doesn't indicate when its done pre-heating. We would recommend this unit highly to our friends and relatives and look forward to staying here again for an extended period.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I, and our well mannered Golden Retriever, enjoyed living in this rental, nestled in a very quite community with friendly neighbors and near to all amenities. I called this '10-minute' living! Anything I needed or wanted to do was less than 10 minutes away. The house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen completely equipped, the office set up with wi-fi and the back yard patio charming for outdoor entertaining. The owner was extremely helpful. We had a small plumbing problem that was promptly and properly remedied. The Property synopsis and photos on the web page are accurate; I can enthusiastically recommend this rental house.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
