The apartment is located in Valencia Street with Ps de Sant Joan in the Eixample Dreta (the right side of the Eixample District). The area is rightly famous for its modernist architecture. Within a 5-minute walk from the apartment you’ll find the some outstanding examples of this architectural movement. Also the apartment is just 5 minutes walking from Ps de Gracia and 10 minutes walking from the Sagrada Familia church. Nearby you have one of the stops for the Tourist Bus which provides you with an easy and relaxing way to see the city’s most important tourist attractions. Alternatively, a 20 minute walk from the apartment brings you to the Born and La Ribera areas. Both brilliantly preserve the look and feel of historic Barcelona with their narrow streets, gothic architecture and crumbling stone-built mansion blocks. Nowadays the areas have an agreeably modern and bohemian atmosphere.

Very satisfied! Nice apartment, with all needed services (air cond,internet,towels, fully equipped kitchen...). Calm place near the Passeig de Gracia, nice neighours, confortable bars in this area, good shopping possibilities.
Metro is near. Good communication with you, BCN and the owners.
