This modern home has grand vaulted ceilings and is designed to offer a formal adult wing and a family living area. The formal wing has lime stone floors stepping down in to the living space with wood floors and featuring a Grand Piano and large wood burning fire place surrounded by African teakwood granite. There is an abundance of built-in cabinets for service ware. We have tall windows in every room that frame the mountains.
We are at the beginning of two trail systems that continue for miles into the back country. These trails are available for all terrain sports, motorcycle, bike, hunting, hiking and snow mobile access. Our home is modern with high end finishes in all rooms. The heating is radiant so the floors are always warm in the winter. Lots of light from all of the windows. Our landscaping is unmatched in the area. The home sits on two acres with spruce willow and aspen tree that provide ahead and privacy. Our kitchen is equipped with Seimatic cabinets Sub zero refrigerator and DCS range with grill and griddle and four burners. The two car heated garage is connect to the home via a mud room with beautiful cabinets for storing winter clothes and ski boots.
The home has a third floor tower with wrap around windows large built-in work desks The master bedroom has a large dressing area with two walk-in closets and an amazing bathroom with separate glass enclosed shower and a large Jacuzzi tub. Why the Owner Chose Hailey
We Built our home in The Sun Valley area to raise our children. The location is perfect for young ones, safe, quiet, full of natural experiences, a huge pond/lake with
a dock and great for swimming. Indian creek Ranch is well maintained and close to shopping in Hailey (cheaper than the tourist town of Ketchum/Sun Valley. Our two dogs had a great life here as well and I can back country snow board right out side in the winter and run and hike in the summer. We have out own source of fresh water from springs
