We are privileged to be the owners of this beautiful top floor Studio Condo at The Mahana at Kaanapali in West Maui. The Condos are rent by owner units.
Because we rent directly to you, your cost is significantly lower. A room in the Hyatt with this level of luxury and view does not exist but if it did would cost three to five times our nightly rate.

During the whale season you can spend all day watching the humpback whales cruise by, slap their tales and breach on the lanai with an unobstructed eighth tenth and twelfth floor views looking directly to the West between Moloka'i and Lana'i.
The Mahana offers WIFI internet access in the unit on the lanai, at the pool and lobby areas. Studio 1213 has High Definition Digital Cable and a High Definition LCD flat screen TV. Also has Central Air Conditioning.
Studio 1213 is our Twelfth Floor, in a 12 Floor building, Studio Condominium in North Kaanapali Beach in Maui. We have installed new tile flooring , full wall mirrors and mirrored closet doors in the dressing area.(2006) The carpet and furniture incl. a $2000.00 mattress were installed (4/2007)

Year Purchased: 2004
Claire and I live in the Sarasota, Florida area and Moorestown, NJ. We still spend some of our summer months in Moorestown. We stayed in The Mahana in the early 1990's and fell in love with the complex. We returned in 2003 and I started looking for a place on a rainy day. I happened upon The Mahana and visited an open house. We started with a 10th floor studio and then added the 12th floor studio. We then sold the 10th floor studio and upgraded to the one bedroom suite which had just been gutted and redone. We love The Mahana and have many friends there. We have been there in all seasons but recently we have gone every Winter.

FANTASTIC view. We stayed on the 10th floor last time but the penthouse is the best. Everything was as promised. The owner was easily accessible and accommodating- we even changed our flight back home and stayed two extra nights. We will book this unit next time we come to Maui!

My wife and I stayed at this condo this year. Great place! Clean, plenty of room for the two of us. Kitchenette was great for those days we did not want to go out. This was the first time we have gone to Hawaii and it was an incredible experience. In fact, I emailed the owner and booked 10 days for next year!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Mahana during our honeymoon in Maui. The condo was everything we wanted and more. The views were picturesque, with the islands of Molokai and Lanai in direct sight from the lanai. And because the Mahana is right on the water, you are able to hear the waves crashing against the shore, even with the lanai doors closed. I’m convinced there isn’t a better lanai in all of Maui. Inside the condo, the bed was very comfortable, and the unit came across as well-maintained. It was the perfect place for us to stay and made our honeymoon even more special.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mahana 1213 condo - the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning and the condo itself was better than any hotel room I have ever stayed at. The condo is also in a great location - it is a short drive to Lahaina in one direction or to Napili in the other direction. The beach directly in front of the condo building is also really nice and there is a board walk along the front which provides a nice walk first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Finally, the Dukes restaurant is about a 2 minute walk from the condo which is excellent! Customer service from Ken is first class - for example, on our last day he let us extend our check out time by a few hours as our flight wasn't until the evening which was really helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this condo to anyone.

This is by far the nicest condo at this resort, including the one we owned, ( we are previous owners at this resort). You can tell no expense was spared in the decor, creating a serene and luxurious experience. The view, as always, can not be beat any where on the island. The owner was very easy to work with and everything was shiny clean and perfectly maintained, in fact, I was surprised at all the upgrades through out the condo. I will stay here again and have already recommended it to some friends.

I just have to say that this was my second stay at this condo unit and I am so glad that I have found it. The accomodations were just beautiful. And of course, the view was breathtaking. I just love how every unit in the Mahana overlooks the ocean and the fact that you can go to sleep to the sound of the ocean at night and during the day you can overlook the waters to see if there are any interesting sea creatures swimming by. I was amazed when one day, I thought, wow I am finally going to see a sea turtle and to my amazement it turned out to be a sand shark. I was actually glad that I was watching this all from the lanai that day. The unit was furnished with so many everyday necessities which really was a plus. There was even 2 or 3 beach chairs. Now, that I have talked about the condo unit, I would like to tell you all about what I think is the most important part of my review. And that would be Mr. & Mrs. Green, who actually own this condo unit. The both times that I have rented from them they have been awesome. But, they are also very thoughtful and caring people. This particular visit to Maui, I was going originally with a girl friend. But, as luck would have it she could not go and I ended up going there alone. But, Mr. Green was worried about the fact that I was going there alone and he had written back to me that he had wished that some of his friends would be there at the time I was going just so that I would have someone to know. I just would like to thank you again Mr. Green for your kindness and thoughfulness. That meant a lot to me. The hawaiian people from Maui are just the most warm and kind hearted people that I have ever met and I had a special time there. Thank you again Mr. & Mrs. Green for allowing me to stay at your unit. And of course, I will be back Mr. Green. Deborah Mylek Enfield, CT
