We love our Mahana condos. We look forward to our visit each year. The view is one of the best in the world and the privacy is an unexpected plus. We barbecue dinner almost every night and enjoy cocktails on the lanai, often with friends.
Why the Owner Chose Mahana
We stayed at the Mahana in 1992 with the kids and fell in love with the property, the area and the view. I always dreamed of owning a condo there and during a trip to Maui in 1991 I started to seriously look for a condo. We bought our first condo in 1992. It is truly paradise.

The perfect Maui vacation at The Mahana

This was a very special trip for my girlfriend and I, as we were taking her 87 year old grandmother. We had stayed at The Mahana 5x previously and it was always a wonderful experience for relaxing and enjoying all that Maui has to offer. We booked directly through owner Ken Green early in May, due to other reviews and his website. Ken was great about answering questions, helping us with our reservation, and making this the easiest trip we have ever taken. From the our check in to our departure, we couldn't have bee more pleased. The pictures and virtual tour on his website are great, but they do not do justice to the actual unit! We were blown away from the moment we walked in the door! The entryway is beautifully decorated, and that is just the start. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork, the kitchen is modern and new, and the living room is a place for gathering and relaxing. The only thing better is THE LANAI! Full views of the islands of Lanai, to your left, Molokai to your right, and the sun going down in the middle of the 2. Don't stop there, the moon coming up with the stars and planets that are visible come out about an hour later, as well as the sounds of the tide. Fantastic stuff! If that isn't enough.... Great dolphin pods swimming near the viewable reef below and excellent snorkeling within 125 yards. Turtle count while snorkeling for this trip was 12, and that was without effort while snorkeling. This was our best trip to Maui and to The Mahana yet, and we will most certainly be back! Brent, Cindy, and Darlene Thanks Ken for a great and easy vacation experience! Mahalo many times!!!

What a wonderful condo! When I first walked in the door, I was very impressed with the beautiful decor. Then when I entered the living area, I couldn't believe the views. Some windows look down the coast line of Kaanapali and the others across the ocean to the two islands. Even the secondary bedroom has a lovely view of the Maui mountains and rainbows. In the mornings, I enjoyed breakfasts on the lanai, listening to your collection of Hawaiian music. I also enjoyed a daily walk along the ocean to the Whaler's village shops. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were speechless! The pictures provided were excellent but pales in comparison to seeing the decor in person. Lovely, lovely surroundings and the view is spectacular. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and did not lack anything. Beds are extremely comfortable and are the sleep number bed. The view from both bedrooms was perfect. We saw many rainbows from our living room and 2nd bedroom window. For the first time we saw a rainbow over the ocean that was a complete half circle. It was sad when our time came to an end but we are so thankful for the experience and staying at your beautiful condo! Perfect location and I hope our travels will take us to Maui and your piece of paradise......

This place was amazing! The decor is updated and very classy. And the view from the 10th floor is stunning with glass looking out over the ocean and down the beach! The location is right on the beach (just up from Kaannapali) and they have a great pool. Supplies and amenities were good. Everyone was friendly.........overall, just a great place.
