From its spacious kitchen, to its hot tub and near downtown location, this house had something special for every member of our family. The kitchen was well-equipped and had space to easily allow five of us to cook at the same time. Our grandson loved the hot tub and we enjoyed the beautifully landscaped backyard. Because it was so close to walk to coffee or dinner, or to bike to the beach, the house's location made transportation easy. Our family talked about coming back before we'd ever left.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

All of our expectations of the property were more than met. For a multi-age family birthday celebration, the location and accommodation were great. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room to seat 12, and no one ever ran out of hot water in the shower. All ages could amuse themselves at the house, at the beach, or a quick walk into town.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

The photos are true to the quality of this home. It is an outstanding property with an owner who definitely has an impeccable eye for detail. The linens and amenities are all high end. You feel at home the moment you walk in. The quiet street is located right in town, so we could walk around town, bike to Chappy, walk to Katama or to the farm. I highly recommend this rental property. It is that luxurious home I always wished I could find to rent, and I finally found it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
