Don't be fooled. There are only 2 Beachfront Ground floor 1853 SqFt Owners Suites. These units are the King Daddy's of Waipouli. There are only 6 units with this larger floorlan - all other units have tiny Lanais and hundreds less total square feet - (1853 vs 1312). Of these 6 there are only 2 groundfloor units next to the beach - this is one of the 2.
The Kitchen is much larger and offers amazing views of the ocean right out the window. Only a few bucks separates you from the best! A107 is the closest unit in the whole resort to the beach...hands down no question. If you come to hear the ocean surf, this is the unit you want. A107 is very private yet steps from all the pool and lounge action. If you are coming to Waipouli, you deserve to stay in the Best of Best!
A107 was recently acquired from the father in law of the developer of the Waipouli Resort. He initially selected it as the most desirable unit out of all 190 units. Why? Well first its ground floor-the plush lawn is a wonderful extension of the huge lanais (the largest lanai's in the resort) and we stay weeks and never see a hallway or elevator. It is the most private ground floor beachfront unit at Waipouli Beach Resort, yet only steps away from the Tatitian Restaurant and Lounge and the pool.
It has the bragging rights as the closest unit by over 25 feet to the ocean out of all 190 units. It is situated on an angle where the ocean breeze and sounds of the surf flow through the unit. We rarely use the air conditioning as we love the sound of the ocean and the gentle breeze. You can park within 25 feet of this unit which makes carrying groceries right to the gourmet kitchen a breeze. It has 3 Plasma TV's and a Bose Cine-Mate sound system. The unit is the largest floor plan in the resort with 2 fabulous bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms-2 with Jacuzzi whirlpool soaking tubs (good for that occasional sunburn). The master is in it's own little private "wing". I think the pictures tell the rest of the story. If you want the beach and ocean as the backdrop from your unit it gets no better than this!
