Fantastically appointed vacation home which includes many new upgrades for 2011. There is a queen size four poster bed in the master bedroom; attached bath has claw foot tub made to pamper even after the toughest trail run. Second bedroom has a full size bed. Third bedroom has queen futon; also doubles as an office with an amazing view. There is brand new carpet in all three bedrooms but that is just one of the new upgrades for 2011. The main bathroom has a custon marble shower with heated foot tiles and a state of the art copper sink. Did we mention there's a garage?
The house is walking distance to beautiful downtown Manitou Springs. This quaint village is known for its rich art culture; as well as the mineral springs that many generations have enjoyed as "the healing springs. Located at the base of Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs is also home to many annual races (bike, auto and foot). This home is in a prime location to enjoy these races as either a spectator or partipant.

My family rented this house during Christmas 2011. I will say it was everything we needed and when we head back to this area next year we will certainly look at renting this place again. It was close to everything and this house was very well stocked.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It was so nice! I couldn't believe the amazing views, beautiful updates in the house, the space, and price! It was in walking distance to downtown Manitou which was lovely. I would definitely love to stay in this cabin again and would recommend to friends and family for future vacations! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Where to start? -- comfortable beds, plenty of room, fabulous shower with heated floor tiles, a kitchen with every pot & gadget you could need, cool books, really cool plants, beautiful location, -- oh, and of course, THE VIEW. None of my pictures do it justice. If we get the chance we'd stay there again, in a heartbeat. Write to me at nolainexile at gmail, I'll tell you all about it.
