The property is a charming 2-bedroom cottage completely renovated in 2008. It sits on a private corner lot (over 11,000 sq. ft.), lushly planted with exotic palm and flower trees on a quiet street. There is a large pool (30 ft. X 15 ft) and a patio area to enjoy the famous Florida sun rays. The cottage has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a guest suite with a full bed. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is washer/dryer on premises and a flat screen TV. All this in a tastefully decorated fashion that is both contemporary and comfortable.

My husband and I spent 3 months in this beautiful and private property. We have been coming to Delray for 4 years and this is by far our nicest rental. The photos do not do justice to the beautifully landscaped tropical backyard. There is even a "mini sand beach" by the lovely and enormous pool. The home is beautifully open with views from every room. Both the master and guest baths have a spa feeling. There are whimsical decorative touches inside and out. I also appreciated the fast internet service and the HD cable tv package with HBO and Showtime. I would be keeping this treasure a secret if I hadn't purchased a house down here myself.
