The property is a charming 2-bedroom cottage completely renovated in 2008. It sits on a private corner lot (over 11,000 sq. ft.), lushly planted with exotic palm and flower trees on a quiet street. There is a large pool (30 ft. X 15 ft) and a patio area to enjoy the famous Florida sun rays. The cottage has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a guest suite with a full bed. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is washer/dryer on premises and a flat screen TV. All this in a tastefully decorated fashion that is both contemporary and comfortable.
