The Unique Benefits at this House
There are so many benefits about this property. The top 3 reasons are - LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION! It's in a wonderful gated neighborhood spitting distance from everything that the Valley of the Sun has to offer - ASU, Spring Training field, Botanical Gardens to name a few, not to mention that there is so much within walking distance such as grocery stores, department store, Starbucks, Jamba Juice....the list goes on and on. In addition, the property is conveniently just off the freeway but you can't hear the freeway from the property - all the benefits of easy transportation without the noise. Can't beat it!
