Off Season Jun-Aug - $65/night: Mid Season Sept-Oct & Apr 15-May - $85/night
High Season Nov-Apr 15 - $115/night (3 night minimum stay)*
Cleaning fee $75 one time chrg (professionally cleaned after every guest!)
*Holiday,Spring Training,special events require 5 night minimum!
**Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee are required on all transactions!**

Why the Owner Chose Tempe

My units are centrally located in the East Valley. I also live in the area, so I dont say this without experience. Getting to ASU, downtown Tempe, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Jct, Paradise Valley, all in 10-20 minutes makes this one of the most central Arizona locations.

Location is also extremely important. My listings are within 3 blocks of each other, making it easy to gather larger groups of people. I do all the bookings, maintenance and care of all 3 of my listings. When you have an issue, you talk to me and I will be the one that makes sure your stay is as trouble-free as possible.     • This place was awesome. Everything is labeled and organized. The house was immaculate. We had everything we needed and it was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is available for any questions and very helpful, and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. We loved being able to barbeque and have everything we needed to cook meals. We will be coming back to Phoenix in December with more people and have already booked another one of his houses.

    • The house was perfect for our annual baseball spring training trip. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable and well maintained. We loved the private backyard, and used the great BBQ to fix our dinners. We enjoyed the fresh oranges right off the tree in the yard, and liked the fact that we could park our car in the enclosed garage. Dan, thank you for the great recommendation for mexican food!! We will definitely stay here again next year.

Dan does a wonderful job making you feel at home, map of the locale was helpful and useful. will be staying here again next feb when we make the trip again. three golfers from the midwest.

    • We really enjoyed our stay. It was so much nicer staying in a home than a motel.The house was clean and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet and conveniently located. The private back yard provided the opportunity to read, relax and enjoy the sun and roses. The washer and dryer were an added convenience too. Thumbs up!

    • What a wonderful visit to Az we had as a result of staying here! The six of us (three couples) had plenty of room, enjoyed cooking our own meals and relaxing in the comfy living room and sunny back yard. The house was immaculate and Dan was super helpful and accomodating from the get-go. Our deposit was returned to us in full within 10 days. We'll definitely stay here again! Thanks Dan!

    • We stayed in this house for a wedding in the wedding and we absolutely LOVED it! It was an incredible deal and everyone that overpaid for bad hotels was very jealous! Dan was incredibly accommodating and did everything he could to make our stay wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and it was just like being at home; comfortable, relaxing, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

    • We had the good fortune to find this lovely home in our area when we had a large out-of-town family group come to visit for the Thanksgiving holiday week. It is very well kept, has all the amenities, is close to shopping, entertainment and the airport. All of my family members who lodged there commented on what a great place we had found for them to stay for their visit. Comfortable accommodations, quite reasonable pricing, and a very friendly owner who is committed to providing a relaxing, delightful experience!
