Enjoy the private deck out the sliding glass doors. Second floor has 3 bedrooms. A queen bed with a private bath and balcony. 2 bedrooms with double beds share a hallway bath and deck.
The third floor is the living area. A large screen TV, with plenty of seating. There is a large dining area to enjoy large family dinners. The kitchen is well stocked. There is also a breakfast nook. Balconies off the front and back of the condo, gives you extra room to enjoy the beautiful weather. The forth floor has a king bed, a private bath with jetted tub. There is also a large deck off the back of the house.
This property is 2 blocks to the beach, and is 3 blocks to the dewey nightlife
Boat rentals available, at a very reasonable price. Enjoy all water sports, sking, tubing wakeboarding, fishing, sightseeing.
