Tucked in the middle of a beachfront community of town houses, is Villa Sirena and Villa Delfin, one large property that can be rented separately or together. The town houses are owned by one family. They have a shared patio which can be separated by a sliding partitian, a pool that hugs the patio, and a large yard lined with coconut trees. Each home has its own living room, kitchen and bedrooms, on the second and third stories.

This unique home between two major hotels and across the street from the Cozumel Country Gold course. The patio offers great scenic views of the ocean and the water activities along the shore.

This beach is ideal for wind surfers and kiters. Kiters have come from around the world to enjoy the northern breezes that occur in Cozumel, along the north side of the island.

The island offers many things that you will enjoy.

There is a 12% tax for all rentals.
