We were thoroughly impressed with how you and Cass run this house- we have never experienced such organization from start to finish. We have rented five different homes with VRBO to date and this was, by far, the best experience with the most exceptional service. We really can't say enough for how much the staff made our stay enjoyable. If we come back to Roatan, we'll be sure to contact you. And if we ever decide to buy a house and rent it - we'll contact you as well because we can only hope we'd run a house as well as you did!

Casa Vista Verde was everything we wanted and more. The service was impeccable. The house manager, Cassondra, made sure we had the provisions we needed, encouraged our input in meal planning, and made great suggestions for activities to try. Nolvia, the cook and housekeeper, kept the house sparkling and prepared delicious meals including some typical Honduran dishes. Casa Vista Verde was designed for complete enjoyment of indoor and outdoor spaces. The interior is airy, spacious, and has great flow. The exterior has everything you could want in a luxury beach home. We enjoyed the views and the breezes from the covered porches at breakfast and lunch and before dinner we enjoyed the hot tub and pool that are set on a large patio overlooking the Caribbean. It is a short walk down to the beach cabana, private beach, and dock. We really enjoyed the location, we kayaked, used paddleboards, and were picked up right at the dock for our dive trips. What we liked best was the staff (always friendly, eager to please), the house (casual luxury, so much to offer), the location (beautiful views, calm warm water), the activities (something for everyone).

Casa Verde Vista is a beautiful private waterfront estate home every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The staff is exceptional and the property has just about every amenity except a private helicopter which I have no doubt Cassandra, your ultimate concierge, would arrange for if you gave her your credit card. Nolvia is a great local cook and takes care of your every need with rare warmth and sincerity. Dive shop picks you up from your private dock. Life is good at Casa Vista Verde!

Mr. Davis, your home on Roatan is absolutely beautiful. The view in person is even more incredible than it was on the website. Nolvia and Raul are diamonds in the rough. They truly know how to make people feel welcome and special…we loved the Island, its food, its people. Unlike what you read on-line, we felt very safe, safer than we ever felt in Cancun. It is definitely an island we could see ourselves coming back to.

I wanted you to know we had a great time staying at Vista Verde. First of all your staff is great - Novia and Raul made such an effort to make sure our stay at the villa was everything we were looking for, they went the extra mile to be accommodating. Cass is a wealth of information and great suggestions. She arranged everything for us and really made our stay relaxing. We all enjoyed getting to know her and hearing her views on the island. We are pretty independent travelers and staying at your villa was quite a change for us - one we decided we could get used to, having meals prepared for us, travel arrangements made etc. I was concerned about not renting a car but we certainly didn't miss it - there was so much to do at the villa, kayaking, fishing, snorkeling and just hanging out enjoying the great views! Cass arranged some day trips for us - mangrove tour, island tours, snorkeling at West Bay, a trip to the main land for river rafting and a day at the spa for my daughter and I. You've really taken the time to make sure the villa has everything there for your guests to make it a special vacation. We hope to return to Roatan and Vista Verde. Sincerely, DR

We traveled as a group of five and none of us had been to Roatan previously. We found this property on VRBO. Upon arrival to the property, we were pleased that the pictures on the website were a fabulous representation. The island and property were breath taking! Prior to our arrival we were asked what provisions we wanted and they were all there when we arrived - drinks, food. Novia our personal cook for the week had a DELICIOUS lunch ready and waiting for us! We had lunch by the pool overlooking the water! Breathtaking! Cass was our conciege for the week and did an amazing job. She orgazined all of our trips including zip lining, white water rafting, fishing and snorkeling, shopping and site seeing. All of our adventures were great! I highly recommend this rental and will definetly go back. We were treated like kings and queens and had a fabulous time! Casa Viste Verde is phenominal! Roatan is beautiful!

As diving holidays go this was the best we have experienced. The staff of Vista Verde managed our every need and knew exactly where to go to appreciate the best of Roatan, from the best diving we have seen in twenty years to grocery shopping, sunsets, zip lining or unique experiences such as visiting "Hole in the Wall" ( a must do for a lazy afternoon), We arrived at Vista Verde as a hurricane hit and suffered no consequences as their generator immediatly kicked in and the building proved to be a fortress. This was a diving holiday with three couples,, lots of space for privacy when desired, great kitchen facilities and never a concern for security. Subway, the local dive company was very good for the reef in front of the Vista Verde and Barefoot knows the other side of the island, both companies are recomended by Vista Verde. We loved it.... and will return.

What a week! Loved snorkeling right out at the reef, loved the pampering by Meghan, loved the boat, loved the food, the jet ski, loved everything!...the whole trip was the BEST EVER! This was by far one of our best family vacations ever! Casa Vista Verde has everything you could want! Our own private beach, boat for fishing and snorkling, jet ski, kayaks, swimming pool, jacuzzi and delicious meals along with the service of an excellent staff! The house is clean, well maintained, spacious and designed well along with every ammentiy you could think of! Our stay at Casa Vista Verde was the best!!!! The house is absolutely gorgeous!! The staff; Megan, Gabi, Charlie, and Raul were great.They were always there for us whenever we needed anything! You wouldn't have had to leave the property, if you don't want to. We dove and snorkeled right from the house. The diving was the best we have ever been!!They have a boat to take you fishing ,a jet ski, kayaks.The view is spectacular. It is in a quite neighborhood, and extremely safe. We had a car, so we did go into town a few times. We took an ATV tour which was alot of fun. They took us on the beach, and through a few small villages. I definately would recommend Casa Vista Verde to people of all ages. We will be returning with our kids next time!!!

Tranquil is the best way to describe the setting and it feels as if you are in your own private gated resort. The house sits atop a small hill with breathtaking views. The Casa is centrally located and makes touring other parts of the island easy. House—Is a large luxurious accommodation but still has a feel of tropical living with its gorgeous handcrafted Honduran mahogany furniture. Five bedrooms each with their own bathroom means you can bring the entire family for a vacation which I plan to do. The state of the art kitchen is available for cooking or a chef is available if you prefer. The wraparound verandas provide a fantastic, breathtaking panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. Infinity Pool and Spa—Is situated on an exceptionally large patio with the most comfortable lounge chairs I have ever seen. Plenty of tables and chairs make it a great venue for outside dining. Amenities—Are too numerous to list all of them but having your own beach, boat dock, boat and captain on site and available for fishing, snorkeling, or scuba diving is absolutely a fantastic bonus. A manager lives elsewhere on the property and attends to your every need whether it is grocery shopping before you arrive, booking tours, picking you up at the airport, etc. This was my first stay at a vacation rental home and completely changed my idea of a vacation rental. This was like staying at a 5-star resort but not having to share it with anyone. I would highly recommend this vacation home. Casa Vista Verde is awesome.

Our group of 8 adults, ranging from early 50's to mid 80's had a fabulous 8 day trip to Roatan staying at Casa Vista Verde. The travel there was uncomplicated and shorter than I had imagined. We were greeted at the airport by Meghan, the manager of the property for the 20 minute ride to the villa. Imagine your own personal concierge at a private five star resort. All the technology you could ask for and the compound is gated with a guard. The pictures don't do the place justice. Sunrise/sunset views, dock house at the private beach with dock and boat launch, beautiful pool and hot tub, rich mahogany everywhere inside. Well equipped kitchen, I wanted to move there. Meghan and her staff provided us with everything we needed: advanced provisioning, great suggestions about what to do around the island and capable hands for use of the fishing boat (caught whahoo and tuna), jet ski and ATV. The snorkeling near the barrier reef right in front of the house is some of the best I had. I've traveled extensively in the Caribbean and there is still an innocence and friendliness here that is special. The people of Roatan are charming. Vista Verde is a great place to stay if you have a mixed group with different interests. There is so much to do right there and a van rental for a few days gets you to other parts of the island for sightseeing. It's a diver's paradise and non divers won't be disappointed.

Dear Asa, Meghan, and the staff at Vista Verde:There are so many wonderful things to discover here in our little piece of paradise, so much to experience and enjoy- kayak out to the coral and snorkel, enjoy the cabana, swimming with all the fish, pool, hot tub, and a beautifully designed home. Asa, it was a pleasure meeting you! I enjoyed your stories of the area and building the villa. We had a wonderful time here, playing with the kayaks and in the pool. Andrea is a delight! Nolvia blessed us with her amazing smile...your place here is a paradise!

A family Christmas on the island…wonderful! The house was beautiful, the decorations just enough to remind us of the holiday. The staff welcoming and accommodating. We left in a snowstorm and arrived to sunshine, could not have asked for a better present! A definite return is in our future!
