Everything was absolutely perfect! Besides providing the perfect house and view, you also provide us with perfect weather! At 100 ft depth we still had 87 degrees. I can't tell you how great a time the five of us had. The diving was terrific, the weather was beautiful, the house fantastic, and we couldn't have had a better time. Meghan and Gabriella took great care of us. Gabriella is a phenomenal cook! We already started discussing coming back next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Regards,

Best Dive trip yet!!!

Our dive group has been going on trips once a year for the past 5 years. We have been to Belize, Curacao, Turks & Caicos, and Grand Cayman. Without question, this was our best trip. What can you say about a house that offers such a spectacular view to go along with all the amenities? Everything was beautiful. Meghan and Gabriella made sure that we were well taken care of. The diving was top notch with viability of 100+ feet and water temperatures of 87 degrees even at 100 feet down. We cannot wait to come back again.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Thank you so very much for sharing your lovely villa with us! We could not have asked for more....of anything! Asa was so kind to accommodate us on such short notice. Meghan was a delight as well! We celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary here and could not have been in a more wonderful place. The "Discover Scuba" dive that Asa set up for us was just fabulous, and Subway was great. Thanks also for the great restaurant recommendations! We will most certainly be back...sooner rather than later! Warmest Regards

We just got back from our unforgettable and fabulous 7 night stay at Casa Vista. We were a family of 10 adults (flew in from Southern and Eastern US) and 1 toddler. I have been to a lot of places around the world and must admit that this was one of the best family vacations we have been on. There was something here for everyone. Some of us did SCUBAe and saw the beautiful reefs and underwater life (picked up from our dock to go on a private boat), others snorkeled, kayaked, fished, hiked, shopped in town and our toddler played on the beach and in the pool. The house and the property are gorgeous and the pictures do not even do them justice. The beach is beautiful and pristine though you do need bugspray at all times. We did the meal plan and enjoyed lunch/dinner daily which were both tasty and healthy. We really got to reconnect with our group and relax which is what everyone needed. Casa Vista is your own personal private resort! I would definitely return here and will recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

One of Our Best Vacations Ever!!!

Our family of 11 (ages ranged from a toddler to couples in their late 20s and early 30s to young grandparents in their 50s to great-grandparents in their 80s) stayed at this property last week and everyone had a blast! This is an AMAZING house/property. It is located in a quiet part of the island away from the hustle and bustle (and tourists). Many times we would not see anyone else on the beach all day – we had it all to ourselves! The sand flies are real but it's nothing to worry about - a little bug spray keeps them off all day. Every detail has been carefully thought out and planned. Everything is the latest and greatest from the satellite internet and television to the networked movie/music library to all the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and walk-in refrigerator to the backup power generator and club house by the water. The furniture is all rich mahogany wood. There are 5 bedrooms (3 queens, and 2 doubles). The only issue we ran into was deciding who gets which bedroom. Since we really didn't spend that much time in our bedrooms this turned out fine particularly since each one had its own bathroom. The property manager, Meghan, was always on top of everything. She made it feel like we were staying in an all-inclusive resort! Any request or question we had she would handle for us - from booking our SCUBA diving to getting us groceries to generally being very knowledgeable about activities and info about the island. Gabrielle, the chef, was also great. We arranged to have her make us lunch and dinner daily (VERY reasonable cost). Upon our arrival we had lunch already waiting for us. We then set the menu for the rest of the week to suit our family's tastes. Having her around really made it feel like a vacation since it freed up a lot of the time we'd usually spend cooking and cleaning up. The weather was gorgeous. Many nights after dinner we would put on some music on the outdoor speakers and gather by the pool for some drinks and good conversation - or we would put on a movie and watch it on the 50+ in flat screen. We never felt the need to go to town – we already had everything we needed. During the day everyone did their own thing - from snorkeling to kayaking to picking fresh limes to SCUBA diving to exploring nearby towns. We also fished and even caught some lobsters, which Gabrielle cooked up for us for dinner! In all, this was one of our best vacations and we think you will have an amazing time at Casa Vista Verde.

"Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! The views were fabulous and we couldn't ask for more when it comes to amenities! We mostly enjoyed our stay at the pool, did some kayaking, jetskiing, and snorkeling. The staff was great! Staying in your home is almost like staying at a full service, all-inclusive resort! We wanted nothing!! We will definitely tell our friends about Casa Vista Verde

This villa has it all! From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we left, everyone was so attentive and friendly. The villa is amazing. The view from the pool or hot tub cannot be described, overlooking miles of coral reefs. This would be a spectacular setting for a wedding! We look forward to returning (or maybe moving in permanently)…we had a remarkable stay at Casa Vista Verde and would recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet getaway with a relaxed atmosphere where your every wish is anticipated.

My wife and I had the pleasure to stay at this house in mid-November 2008. The house is brand new and situated on a hill that overlooks a drop-dead gorgeous view of the ocean and a quiet, protected bay. We spent a lot of our time here on the patio which overlooks the ocean and is also where the pool and hot tub are located. The owner did not spare any expense in building, designing and outfitting the home. Every amenity that you could need or even think of has been provided for. There are 3 "Master" bedrooms and two smaller bed rooms. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, which are all nicely appointed. (Even the bed linens and bath towels are top notch.......I even considered absconding with one of the bath towels, but it was so thick and fluffy, it would't fit in my suitcase :) ) We had the opportunity to stay in the first floor Master Bedroom, which was very cozy. There is even a huge walk-in closet with mahagany shelving, which allows for plenty of storage space. Although we didn't turn the TV on the entire time we were there, the house has full satellite TV, as well as High Speed Internet. The entertainment system is state of the art with the capability of blasting your music while you are in the pool! The kitchen is also well appointed; beautiful custom cabinetry, granite countertops and well-equiped.........we put it to full use and found it to not be lacking for anything. For those that are looking for activities, there is plenty to do; The Jet Ski was a blast (we had the water to ourselves), there is also Kyaks, a Wind Surfer, Snorkeling Gear, Etc. (The owner informed us that he is looking at purchasing a boat.........nice!) As for Roatan itself, this was the first time my wife and I had visited. It is known primarily as a Diving destination, as it is surrounded by the world's second largest Coral Reef. However, we were there for a week and didn't dive. (the fact that I don't know how might have something to do about that) The point is there is plenty to do on the island, but in my opinion why would you want to leave this ocean-front, tropical oasis? As the house is brand new and just opened for business, the beach is still a work in progress. Even Honduras has strict environmental standards as it pertains to their beaches, so the owner informed us that he is working with the local officials to make it into a "sandy beach". Vista Verde is highly recommended; in fact we are planning our return visit!

An Amazing Property

This villa has it all, it is amazing! From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped back off, the staff was so attentive and friendly. There are 5 very large immaculate bedrooms, each with individual temperature controlled AC and private marble baths, the furniture is custom made locally. Most rooms have views of the ocean. The housekeeper/cook makes sure fresh linens are available and will even clean your personal laundry. There is a full kitchen, including gas grill. Our breakfast and lunch was prepared for us and served on the covered patio overlooking miles of coral reefs. The pool/hot tub has these same amazing views. This would be a spectacular setting for a wedding! We were given the option of having a local chief come in and fix dinners but we choose to eat out or some nights cook for ourselves. There are 2 media areas that include satellite TV, music, bumper pool table and guest computer. Wireless internet is available in the main house and beach cabana which has a full bath, indoor and outdoor showers, and kitchen. Power outages are common, but we did not need to worry as a generator is ready whenever needed. It would have been awful not to be able to run that blender! How about having a drink prepared with limes that you just picked from the tree in the front yard? Other fruits were growing but not ripe. When we got “tired” of relaxing by the pool we took a walk down to the private beach and dock. We floated on a tube looking at the marine life and took a ride on the jetski out to the coral reefs. They also have kayaks, a windsurfer, wakeboard, snorkeling and fishing equipment. Security was a concern for us but that was a worry we did not need to have. The entire property is gated, a 24 hour maintenance man is on duty, and the villa can be locked down like a fort should you like it to. We were even given a phone to call the property manager anytime should we need assistance. Seeing the island was not an issue as we had transportation available, scooter included. The property was conveniently located in the center of the island close to restaurants, tourist areas, and the dive schools. We had a remarkable stay at this Villa and would recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet getaway with a relaxed atmosphere where your every wish has already been anticipated. The owner of this property thought of everything. Our stay was so enjoyable that we forgot work, the cold, and our diets. We plan on returning again!!
