LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Delightful accommodations for up to seven in this three bedroom, three bathroom private house just steps from the base of Peak Eight and the Breckenridge Nordic Center. This comfortable, stylish house has two off street parking spots, but you won’t need a car once you’re here. The bus stop is a snowball’s throw from the house with free shuttles to town (one mile away) as well as a connection to popular spots in and around Summit County.
The main floor is on the second level and consists of a living room with a sectional couch. This space includes a well-equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area. Best of all is the private hot tub on the patio, wonderful after a full day skiing, shopping, or cross country skiing.
The third floor includes a Master Suite with its own bath and shower stall, king size memory foam bed, and windows that face Baldy Mountain. The next room has another king size bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on top. The Master Suite has a TV with cable and DVD/VHS player. An additional full bathroom is located between the bedrooms.
The lower level includes a gas fireplace with a fold out couch and a 30 inch flat screen TV with cable and DVD/VHS player and stereo system. Another full bathroom along with wireless cable Internet connection available throughout the house.
Our home is warm and cozy in the winter. Further, the owners live locally and are available should any problems arise.
