Our home is an easy 175 yard walk to the base of Mountain House Lodge and the Peru high speed quad. We have breathtaking views of the slopes, wetlands and Snake River as this is an end unit with many windows and lots of light.
The unit is beautifully upgraded with new slate flooring, new carpet, new paint, a stone fireplace with a flat screen TV and a TV in each bedroom.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a private entrance to the second full bath and a full sized bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two. Ultimately our property can sleep 9.
There is also a private ski locker, washer/dryer in the second bathroom, free WiFi and 2 large hot tubs in the complex.
River Run Village is a short 5-minute walk and there are several places to eat, two rental shops and a liquor/convenience store right outside the Cinnamon Ridge complex.
Also close by is Lake Keystone and for the winter enthusiast you can find ice skating and hockey on the 5 acre lake that is regularly zambonie'd for a smooth skate. Summer enthusiasts can take in festivals, fireworks, paddle boats, kayaks and fishing.
The bike path is right out back to River Run or it can be taken to lake Dillon and beyond
We stay in our property often so it is well maintained, highly appointed, and extremely homey. We have created a home away from home with all the comforts - and then some!
