Accommodations:  House, 4 Bedrooms + Library, 4 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

A beautiful 300m2 luxury Provencal villa in a totally private 5500m2 garden with mature pine, oak and fruit trees overlooking the surrounding vineyards. This family home is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Aix En Provence with its daily markets, quaint cobbled streets and chic boutiques but is situated in an oasis of calm, with its own private heated outdoor pool (15m x5m) and shower. The pool area has sunloungers for relaxing on after an energetic swim in the pool, a table tennis table and a 'boules' area for the more energetic members of your group. Tennis courts are a 5 minute drive away. There is a large secure off road parking area for several cars.
As this is a family owned and lived in home, it is decorated and equipped with high quality furnishings and appliances and all the kitchen utensils you need.
Indoors, there is a cinema room with a large plasma screen projector, comfortable seating and a good selection of DVDs. In the lounge area there is another plasma screen TV. A computer is provided for guests use with unlimited internet access. There are 2 dining areas plus a large outdoor terrace. If requested, additional cleaning can be arranged at a rate of 11 euros per hour and pool maintenance is included in the weekly rate. Also included are all bed linens and towels.


An easy 10 minutes drive from the famous Mount Sainte Victoire immortalized by Cezanne and only 30 minutes from the vibrant busy city of Marseille and the Mediterranean coast.

Added to this are the world famous festivals in July, the Festival of Music for opera lovers in Aix en Provence and the festival d'Avignon for theatre lovers is only a 45 minute drive away.
