Although it is less than 1 mile from Loon, there is a free shuttle bus. This beautiful condo has 2 newly furnished bedrooms. The master suite has a new high, queen size bed. The room is furnished with its own Lazy Boy recliner to watch TV or a movie on the VCR. It also has a large dressing area, with the shower and toilet in a separate room for privacy. The second bedroom, with its own TV, has 2 new single beds.
The spacious living room has a fireplace with free, unlimited wood right outside your door. There is a pull out queen size sofa. Go out the sliding glass door to the deck to view the panoramic scene of the river and the mountain. There is also an electric grill on the deck for your use. Or just stay indoors and watch TV or a movie on the VCR. A wide array a cable viewing is included on the 3 TVs.
The dining room has a lovely oak dining table with 6 chairs. There are additional fold-up chairs when needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, new dinnerware and cutlery. It also has a new refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and blender. On the property is a paved path for walking, bike riding, cross country skiing and snow shoeing. This path goes to Loon or into the town.
Lincoln is a fine town. It has a full supermarket, a 4-screen movie theater, and many fine restaurants, stores and services. There are many other activities nearby, including snow shoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, etc. There are also other mountains nearby, including Cannon Mountain, Bretton Woods, and Waterville Valley. For a change of pace, drive 45 minutes over the scenic Kancamagus Highway to the many outlet stores in N. Conway or 40 minutes down I-93 to the Tilton outlets.
