The beautiful Emerald Green Water and White Sandy Beach await your arrival at Panama City Beach. Our townhouse is nestled in a large gated community and is across the street from one of our ten pools.
The upstairs provides 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master has a King Size Bed with TV and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and ceiling fan.
The downstairs area has a kitchen, dining area, den, washer, dryer and one half bath. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences of home. The dining room seats 4 and has a bar with 2 bar stools. The den includes a queen size bed, 30" TV and VCR. The rear area has a patio with picnic table.
Animals are not permitted and you must be age 25+ to rent.

Will consider 3 nite minimum. A $150 Security Deposit required to lock in.
The total rental amount is due 14 days prior to arrival date. The Security
Deposit will be refunded within 10 days after departure if no loss or damage.
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
