The Enders home is located in the Dillon Summerwood Neighborhood, three miles from Keystone. This three bedroom, two and a half bath, Key To The Rockies duplex was built in 1985 and covers 1934 square feet over three levels. Our pet friendly reservations are required to pay a non refundable $30 security deposit.
Guests enjoy access to the seasonal summer outdoor pool and tennis courts which provide a great way to relax on a sunny summer day. Year round guests will be able to access the clubhouse that has an indoor hot tub, fitness facility, racquet ball and basketball courts.
There are new hardwood floors and carpeting as well as new furnishings throughout the town home that make you feel as though you just arrived home or least make you not want to leave! The living room is the perfect place to sprawl out and watch the 32" flat screen TV or gather around the wood burning fireplace. With a couch, love seat and an over sized chair there is a comfortable place for everyone. The vaulted ceilings and large windows give the room a wide open feeling.
Off the living room is a balcony with a private hot tub and grill for cooking out year round. The open kitchen is right off the living room and is long and narrow allowing for people to slip in and out without being noticed by the head cook in the house. There is a wooden dining room table for eight people and an additional breakfast nook for four people.
Other amenities guests will enjoy are the complimentary wireless internet, private one car garage and washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a jetted tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with windows that look out to the forest. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa for more added sleeping arrangements.

"Very good experience at Summerwood Enders Home!" The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, etc so that we were able to cook some great meals during our stay. The beds were also very comfortable and the cabin was very clean and welcoming when we arrived.
