This is a great location for ski in, ski out . You can walk out the back door and your steps away from the lift. Had the whole place to myself and got lucky with some fresh powder the day before I arrived. The condo is clean and well maintained, it also has hot tubs, steam room and excersize room down the hall. My husband and I came in February and stayed and loved it! It really is the perfect location especially if you love to ski. You step out of the condo, put your boots and skis on and you're right at the Snowflake lift. It's very convenient, especially if you want to come in for lunch and take a break and then be right back out on the slopes. They also provide lockers for your ski equipment inside the heated garage so you don't have to tote your heavy equipment back up to the room. It's very convenient to town, you can walk or drive--probably only about 2-3 blocks to the downtown where you have access to many of the shops and restaurants. You also can't beat the heated garage if you want to take the car to the grocery store or anywhere else you can't walk to. The room is perfect for a couple, I probably wouldn't have more than 2 people, you might be a little cramped. Love the jetted tub, very nice after a long day of skiing! The whole building and condo is nicely decorated and has all the amenities you need. I would definitely stay here again. We loved it and didn't want to leave!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This condo is great for a 2 person getaway -- four people would be a tight squeeze. Renee was also a great owner to rent from. Location to the ski lift is awesome. Walk out the door and you are at the lift. Separate living room area with fireplace and TV is great. The condo itself is about a 1/2 mile walk into town. We did rent a car as it's 2 hours away from the airport and the shuttle service is $80/person each way. The car also came in handy for going to breakfast in the morning and dinner at night. You don't really need one as there is a free shuttle service, but you're reliant on a schedule and it gets pretty cold waiting for it to come. The walk back is also all uphill. We had a great weekend, despite just OK snow conditions. Would definitely rent here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Stayed March 7 - 13, 2011. What a week! Great location for ski in; ski out. Walk 50 yrds to Snowflake lift or ski down 4 O'clock run and 50 yrds back to Riverbend. We've stayed in several Breckenridge locations and this is one of the MOST convenient for ski-in, ski-out and walk to town. Nice size condo for one couple. Breakfast in the room and off to the slopes! With Breckenridge 'Free-ride' shuttle we didn't even need a rental car. CME from the airport to Breckenridge! Breck is the best!Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

This is a great location to stay in Breckenridge. You can walk out the door and are just steps away from the lift. You can walk to Main Street or take the shuttle. The building is clean and well maintained, and has hot tubs, steam room and excersize room. The unit is just as described. Definitely would stay again!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Very cozy room with everything you need. Clean and well maintained. The facility includes (indoor&outdoor) hot tubs, steam room, sauna, exercise room, etc. What else can I expect at this price? Well, the part that I like the most is actually its location. The building is right next to a lift and a ski rental shop. Out of 15+ ski trips I've made in the past, no other ski lodge I stayed was as convenient as this place. I can ski to my room, well, almost, if could learn how to jump in through the window:-) The first day after breakfast, I got my ski rental, bought the lift tickets, and was on the lift within 20 minutes. Within a 6-hour ski day, I took 2 breaks in my own room to have lunch and water. Also, Breckenridge is one of the best place to ski, with so many trails, and Peak 8 is my all time favorite, highest lift in the US too. I highly recommend this place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo! Everything about your condo was just as advertised and met our family's needs perfectly. We were impressed with how clean and nicely decorated the condo was. The location couldn't have been better! Being able to purchase lift tickets and hop right on the lift from virtually right outside our door was wonderful! We really loved the town too...The recommendations for local restaurants were perfect. We really had a wonderful family vacation.... thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I had a wonderful experience at Riverbend Lodge. I found the accomodations to be cozy, comfortable and up to date. I loved being able to walk in and out of Riverbend and be right near everything in Breckenridge! I would highly recommend this unit to a couples looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay with great access to all that Breckenridge has to offer.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
