Extremely comfortable and great house for entertaining. Don't think I could ever rent a house without a pool table and a hot tub again! House had all the necessary tools for a great weekend from the stocked cabinents to the poker chips and cards in the closet. Everything was in great condition and the house slept 6 of us very comfortably. We had a blast and look forward to coming back!

WOW! An amazingly beautiful and inviting luxury home. Our initial walk through this gorgeous house took our breath away. The photographs that are posted on Andy's website...well, as beautiful as they are, in person, the house is more stunning. This home is artfully crafted with rich woods and bright windows everywhere. It immediately feels like your own home. The house is very private. BEDROOMS. We were a family of four (parents and young teenagers) and two singles. The five bedrooms/four baths were perfect for us. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Nice soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and hand lotions in the bathroom, plus shower cap and a little sewing kit. The baths were immaculately clean. KITCHEN. Big and beautiful. We cooked in every night. Modern top-notch appliances. Very good assortment of dishes, glasses--including wine glasses, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils. When we were there, we also found paper towels, baggies, and spices. But bring anything special that you'll know you'll need, or be prepared to buy stuff at Vons if the last renter used something up. JACUZZI! Fabulous. Powerful and hot. Very well maintained. Plenty of room for four, but room for more. Each corner seat has a different arrangement of jets. Took a while to figure out the buttons. Just keep on hitting them until you get all the jets going + a furious foamy surface + jets for the calves and feet (in the center) going. There are also big knobs all around the ledges. Some of those need to be at the correct position to have certain jets at full power. When you do, you're in for a treat. WASHER AND DRYER. Again, very nice appliances. I found detergent but no softener. Consider bringing a little with you. PROXIMITY TO EAGLE LODGE. The house is very close to Eagle Lodge, but we still drove. The walk is 400 ft down one street, 700 ft down another, and finally 250 ft up the walkway to the door to Eagle Lodge. That's 1/4 mile total. I walked back to the house one day, in my ski boots. Not too bad, but probably a little too long for kids, depending on their moods. OUR HOST. Finally, high praise for Andy, too. He was a pleasure to do "business" with. Great communications--even during our stay, organized, accommodating, and kind. Thank you, Andy, for a wonderful stay!

What a beautiful home. We had two little ones, 3 and under and the house had lots of great floors to crawl on for the baby and plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 children. We loved the comfort factor of this house: comfy beds, great views, spacious kitchen (we ate in lots), nice linens/shampoos, and proximity to the slopes. It was great to enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi after a day of skiing. This house had all of the comforts of home.

Thank you Andy! Our family of eight adults had the most marvelous Thanksgiving weekend at your home. Not only is the house beautiful, spotless and with all the ammenities of home (and then some!) but the floorplan works so perfectly that each couple could have privacy if wanted or we could all be together. We never felt crowded even when we were all together upstairs. It was the perfect way for "the kids" and "the parents" to be together without being in each other's way. We look forward to coming back!

We like this vacation house a lot. The house is very clean and comfortable. There are many amenities inside this house. Very convenient. Your gourmet kitchen is great! The dishwasher is supper quite, we didn’t hear any noisy during our family time. I would like to see you have brighter lights in the family room to take good pictures at night time. You have a very nice house and we love to come back! A very HAPPY renter Danny

We had a wonderful time at this large home in Mammoth. The house was perfect for family group of 13. We fully enjoyed bird watching from the deck and on the bike path along Mammoth Creek down below the house. At end of the bike path there is a beautiful meadow with lots of colorful warblers, red-breasted sapsuckers and other great birds. The whole area there is a gem. A pair of pygmy nuthatches is nesting in in the siding behind the fireplace, but I don't think they're doing much harm. We'll be back.

The home is GREAT! We stayed in the house for a long weekend 40th Birthday Getaway with 5 couples. The house was the perfect size for our celebration. We loved the jacuzzi after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen is huge and big enough to cook pretty much anything you need. You can't beat the access to the slopes, just a short walk over to Eagle Lodge but not to close that you have the traffic. Keep this in mind. . .bring your own hair dryer, the house is NOT equipped with the essentials. Bring your own beach towels for the jacuzzi. There are only two small tv's, so if you have kids, plan accordingly. We will absolutely be staying here again if Andy will have us.

What a superb home! We went with another family and truly enjoyed our stay - from the minute we walked through the door. The kitchen was fabulous for enjoying our meals, the hot tub was a real treat at the end of the day, the kids loved the bunk beds, and our families played WII 24/7!! It was great to walk to the slopes and have the convenience of coming back throughout the day...... thumbs up!!! THANK YOU!!

Andy, We really enjoyed staying at your house last week. The house was gorgeous and really clean. It was roomy enough for our two families. The bedrooms were great and the beds really comfortable. I especially loved the wood floors through out and the amazing kitchen! The pool table and hot tub were also big hits with the family. We would highly recommend this house to everyone. Thanks, Joy

We really enjoyed our week stay at this beautiful house. It was very clean and had very comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the amazing kitchen and the wood floors. This house was large enough for our two families and kids. Everyone could have their own rooms and we never felt crowded! I would highly recommend this house.

This house is Perfect!! We had an awesome time enjoying the amenities provided, the open atmosphere, and convenient location to the lifts. Every room detailed with all the comforts of home. We had seven adults and five kids (range 3 – 11) the house offered ample space for everyone. You never felt crowded with the open floor plan with high ceilings. Kitchen was fantastic, enjoyed family cooked meals every night after skiing the slopes. Hot tub was the perfect cap on the evening. Proximity to the Eagle lift was extremely convenient. Short and peaceful 5 min walk with access to ski rentals and school. It has been two months since our vacation at the house and our family is still talking about how perfect this house was for the entire family. Overall our experience was fantastic we will definitely plan our future Mammoth vacations at this house! Highly recommend this house!!!

We celebrated my birthday at Andy's Mammoth home with a big group of friends, and I have to say that we'll probably talk about it for years! Everything about it met and exceeded my expectations--the huge kitchen, generous bedroom sizes, decor, open Living, Dining, and Pool table area; I wish I lived there! It was so nice to be able to walk to Eagle lift in under 5 minutes, and then come back from a long day and soak in a private jacuzzi on the deck! We hope to make it an annual trip. I recommend staying at Andy's home in Mammoth with great enthusiasm!

We loved staying at this house in Mammoth with our family. This past trip was amazing! The house had everything we needed and more. One of the best features of this house is that it is both elegant and cozy. It was clean and very well-maintained! You’re so close to the slopes, town, and market too. It’s in the perfect neighborhood which is nice when vacationing with little ones. We had some great times right in the backyard just playing in the snow. Having a Jacuzzi right off the living room on the upstairs deck with amazing breath taking views – need I say more... It’s worth every penny! We can’t wait for our next visit to this house! We have made some amazing family memories here and look forward to our visit this year! – Another added benefit worth mentioning is that the owner was fantastic to work with. MANY THANKS ANDO!

Greetings. To all looking for a home to vacation with the family or friends look no further. This house was perfect for us...walking distance to Eagle lodge...closed off bedroom area for children and parents. Beautiful open and spacious...the windows give way to the trees and mountain scenery. If you're a big cook you may want to bring a few kitchen utensils (i.e. food processor, roasting pan etc..) other than that this place is a home away from home. Thank you Andy for being so accomodating and available for our hot tub dilemma. We look forward to our next booking. All the best....Sarah

Hi Andy, You're welcome, we treated it like our own. I accidentally took your Bose in-home remote thinking it was ours. Let me know where I should mail it to and I'll get it out. We have been looking at rental/investment properties in Orange Co. and after our 4th trip to Mammoth, we're now thinking about property that we can also enjoy while renting....like Mammoth. The neighbor to your left (as you look at your house) said your home is for sale....I'm sure it's out of our price range but interested. Thanks again, and glad we found your web site. We really enjoyed your home! Happy New Year! Regards, Lisa
Owner response:Thanks for the kind comments. I'm not sure where my neighbor got their information, but this house is not for sale, just for rent! -Andy

So Loving what you have done with the Place. Especially enarmoured with the Tile Selection in The Master Bathroom. The TV seems to distract from the beautiful outside view.
