Our Home is a beautiful 11 Year New Carmel Cottage. We are only 7 blocks from the Carmel Beach and 7 blocks from Ocean Ave, downtown Carmel. We are within walking distance of the Carmel Mission, Sunset Performing Arts, and all that Carmel has to offer. It is truly a dream come true!
Monterey is less than 3 miles away with the World Renowned Aquarium, harbor, and historical sites. Pebble Beach is less than 3/4 of a mile away - A long walk or leisurely drive.
Our home is beautifully furnished with 2 Master Suite bedrooms and 2 baths. Each Master Suite has a queen bed. There is also an additional double bed sleeper sofa in the living room. The main master bath is large with double sinks and jetted tub, along with beautiful walk in shower. The kitchen includes 2 ovens, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, island for prep.. all the amenities of a new, modern chef's kitchen.
There are 4 flat-screen TV's - one in each master bedroom, kitchen and 42" in the living room. The dining room has a 60" round dining table with fireplace (an additional fireplace is in the living room!)
Flowers abound... the front yard and private patio is full of flowering plants as is the spacious side yard, along with a fountain to add to the quiet ambience of the home.
You will truly relax and escape to Carmel by the Sea in this beautiful home.
