5268 Tivoli was perfect for our family of six but could easily accommodate 8 people. Very open and spacious for family living and in pristine condition. Just a short walk to beach and the Tivoli has its own pool. Lovely screened porch overlooking the golf course. Trolley service was great for our teens who frequented the Baytowne Wharf side of Sandestin. Working directly with the owner was a plus.

Five stars all the way! The absolute best deal for the money! I have stayed in several Tivoli units, and by far, this one is the cleanest and most accommodating. I felt like I was at my own beach condo, home-away-from-home, from the minute I stepped in the door. It’s fresh, it’s clean, it’s comfortable, it’s spacious, and it’s stocked with all the right kitchen appliances -- which is perfect if you’re someone like me who likes to eat at home and watch a good movie on the flat-screen! I have nothing bad to say about this great Sandestin beach condo. I would just recommend it as the one you should stay in if you want the guarantee of quality, comfort, and cleanliness on your vacation!

If the size of the accommodations meet your needs, this is THE place to stay in the Sandestin Area...hands down! This is a clean, nicely-furnished, well-maintained, and spacious condo that has a helpful owner who really cares about you having an enjoyable experience. Further, it's centrally located in the middle of just about any vacation activity you might wish: beach, pool, shopping, water sports, fishing, boating, bike riding, walking, dining, nightlife, and much, much more! Plus, it's a great value! I look forward to returning soon.

This was my fourth trip to Destin and I have stayed at this Condo every time. After my first visit I knew I need look no further. The location on the golf course but near the beach was perfect. Close enough to walk to everything but quiet too. The property has always been impeccably maintained and this time was newly renovated with upgraded bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, T.V.'s etc. I've never seen a cleaner, better cared for rental property. Nancy, the owner, could not have been nicer or more helpful. I will definitely recommend this Condo to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the resort and surrounding area very much. Everything in the condominium is well taken care of and comfortable. If we stay here again, it will be relaxing and a good time.

My family, including 3 younger children, stayed here for a weekend getaway. The pictures do not do justice for this condo. It is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The beach is in walking distance and the pool is seconds away. The condo is in a convenient location for shopping, dining, and fun. The owner Nancy was nothing but accomodating during our stay. We will definitely stay at this property again and have recommended it to family and friends.

My family stayed here over spring break and had a wonderful vacation. The home is immaculate, the location is great, and there is something for everyone. The pool is steps from the condo, the beach is a 5 minute walk, and at the condo is on the golf course. This is a great villa for families, girls' weekends, etc. Shopping and attractions are very close, but the villas are a nice retreat --they are in Sandestin, but in their own neighborhood, which is nicely landscaped, and quiet. The owners are wonderful to work with. We look forward to coming back again!

My husband and I, our 3 adult children and daughter-in-law stayed at this property for 3 nights in October for a family wedding nearby. It turned out to be a great place to gather -- large living/dining/kitchen area with comfortable furniture and HDTV, nice patio, a beautiful large master bathroom, and all other features advertised. It was tastefully decorated, the kitchen was very well supplied, and we felt right at home. The owner was very accommodating and helpful both before and after our stay. We will definitely try to stay here on a future visit! I highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo!!! Our vacation was made perfect with these accomadations. Quiet and relaxing location with the pool just seconds out the back door andt he beach within walking distance.. Wonderful decor and huge rooms. The photos don't do justice, it is a wonderful condo.

My family and I (including little ones,walked into the condo in San Destin, and WOW, it is more like a beautiful house than a condo. It is GORGEOUS, so well appointed and very, very comfortable for all ages. Having the back porch was fun, with the walkway to the pool. The kitchen was incredibly beautiful, fully equipped, and we enjoyed staying in after a day at the beach or the pool, or checking out what other things Destin has to offer. With 6 in our group, we all felt that we had our own space, and the walls are thick! It is quiet, even when a baby cries. The owner was so extremely helpful in giving us tips on where to go, restaurants, etc. She kept in touch with us during our visit, was just over the top lovely. There are so many nearby things to do that we could not find the time to do them all. This is why we MUST go back! I would LOVE to stay there again. Thank you so much for the experience! Can't answer question about pets because I have no idea if they are allowed. My puppy would love it however. D in Austin

This condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities you needed. It is a two minutes downhill bike ride to the beach or an eight minute walk. A pool is thirty seconds away. A Publix market is a five minute car ride down the street. Stay here instead of a high rise and you won't regret it.

We stayed in the condo during 4th of July week and had a wonderful experience. The condo was clean and ready for us to enjoy the week. The nice benefit that we enjoyed was just being able to go directly to the condo instead of stopping by an agent, getting the key and signing papers. At 3:00 you could go and start enjoying the vacation. Everything in the condo from the kitchen to the master bedroom has been done beautifully. We will stay there again in the future when we go to Destin. Thank you for letting us enjoy your vacation home.

We rented this unit for 2 weeks in June of 2010. The unit in not only spotless and comfortable, but the layout is perfect for families and couples. The living, dining, kitchen and screened-in back porch are all conducive to quality group time, and the bedrooms are situated so that each guest also has privacy. We had 4 small children staying in the unit and it was a blast--the kids had room to play without taking the space over. The electronics were all new and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to eat in comfortably. The unit is in a terrific location within the development--close to the pool and a few minutes walk to the beach. Parking is also very convenient to the unit; it was like being at home. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. Sandestin is the perfect family retreat, and this unit is an incredible value.

I have stayed in this unit several times. It is one of the few places that my family I have returned to again and again. The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. The bedding and towels are wonderful as well. Sandestin Resort and the Tivoli section of it are clean, full of beautiful plants, biking trails and things to do for kids and adults. From Tivoli, there is a walking path that takes you right to the white, powder soft beach. The pools are great too. Seaside, a little artsy community, is a ten minute drive along the coast. Destin, with all it's tours and adventures, is five minutes the other way. However, you do not need a car since Sandestin has great trams, bike paths and taxi service. Nancy, the owner, is also amazingly friendly and helpful. She will direct you to all the good places to eat, shop or just stroll around. We can't wait to go back!
