This custom designed home offers you luxury throughout! The Great Room features an all glass wall facing the panoramic views of the Park, an extra large stone fireplace, dining area, vaulted ceilings, and a complete entertainment system including Dish TV, video, DVD, and Surround Sound. The Master Bedroom downstairs offers great views through the French doors, which open onto large private decks.
A fully furnished custom kitchen also opens onto a large deck for outdoor dining and includes everything required to prepare extraordinary meals including an ice machine! A custom built Double Shower Steam Room awaits you in the Bath for relaxing after your day spent exploring the miles of trails out your backdoor.
UPSTAIRS LOFT (REACHABLE ONLY BY A CUSTOM MADE LADDER), HAS TWO BUNK BEDS (4-BEDS) AND A FULL SIZE BED, WITH FRENCH DOORS OPENING ONTO ANOTHER PRIVATE DECK. The entire home is very comfortably furnished through including a fabulous art collection. As equally impressive as the home are the grounds. Surrounding the home is a spacious yard, beautifully landscaped with flowers, herbs, and even some vegetables in season. 8,000 naturalizing flower bulbs were planted in 2002!
A stainless gas grill in the back and a fire pit out front beckon you to enjoy the great outdoors. The 20-acre property is surrounded by hundreds of acres of privacy with trails that connect to the Blue Ridge Parkway or the 5,800 ft. Black Rock Peak, an unforgettable hiking adventure! Waterfalls are also easily reached on the property.
Should you wish to explore more you are within 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours of Cherokee, Asheville, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Nantahala Gorge, and Gatlinburg TN. Whitewater rafting, Horseback riding, Harrahs Casino, fishing, golfing, and more are found nearby.
The Guest House at Camp Davis is very secluded and at the end of 5 miles of gravel road. Most two-wheel drive cars will make it but four-wheel drive is recommended. Altogether, The Guest House at Camp Davis offers you an incomparable Mountain Vacation experience!

We've stayed at this home several times. Peace, quite and privacy makes this a very special place. This is defiantly our favorite mountain retreat . The house has been very well designed inside and out. It's clean and has all the comforts of home plus more. Mountain life should always be this good! We spent a lot of time just checking out the view from the wrap around deck. It's an incredible view of the Southern Appalachian Mountains, including the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. As you can imagine, this vast view changes by the hour. This property also connects to a really cool ridge trail, that will give you some great day hikes and when you come back down from your days hike, relax and enjoy setting in the steam room. Need we say more, we couldn't ask for better mountain living then this? <smile>
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Beautiful vacation home in the smokey mtns. Spectacular views. House is comfortable, cozy, clean and well maintained. Enjoyed all the extra's to make for the ideal vacation. Convenient to popular hiking trails in the smokey mtns. Convenient to many popular attractions in western N.C. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to the adventure seaker or the perfect romatic getaway for the newly wedded.
