Located on the southwest end of Hart Bay, this beachfront villa is a perfect villa for newlyweds, families and small groups. Convenient to the main town of Cruz Bay, shopping, dining and the famous North Shore beaches of the National Parks, this 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath villa located on Hart Bay beach offers a combination of sophistication and romantic tropical charm.
The beautiful gourmet kitchen features Corian countertops, mahogany cabinets, and ocean-view cooking. Included are refrigerator, gas top range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and additional gourmet amenities. Ideal for the gourmet chef. The formal mahogany dining table with seating for eight and a large mahogany buffet complete this pleasurable dining experience.
The main great room features a comfortable Seagrass loveseat with two large chairs and glass top coffee table. Two plantation style sitting chairs with mahogany accents table to give you plenty of seating for watching TV or the fabulous ocean views of the south to St. Croix and east to Ram's head and the vast Caribbean Sea. The large mahogany armoire contains all the electronics for your viewing and listening pleasure: TV with Cable, VCR, stereo and CD player (with indoor/outdoor speakers)
The upper and lower outside decks feature glass top dining tables with seating for six. As an added safety feature, a gate as been added at the top of the stairs. The two air conditioned king master suites on the main level feature large spacious showers with coral stone accent walls. Both suites have sliding glass doors that open up to the outside deck to enjoy the fabulous down island views. The lower level includes table seating for eight, a gas grill, as well as eight reclining lounge chairs all with comfortable cushions. The expansive deck gives you plenty of room to spread out. Whether you prefer the sun or shade let the sounds of the surf lull you to sleep.
The lower level contains two guest suites both with air conditioning and half bath, each with private entrance to the shared shower. A private sitting area with Cable TV, a kitchenette with bar seating for two a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, and blender make this ideal for breakfast or entertaining by the pool. The washer and dryer is also located on this level.
The north suite has two twin beds that can easily be converted to a king. Cottage style white wicker headboards with matching night stands and dresser complete this suite. The south suite with king bed has large sliding glass doors that open out to the expansive pool deck. You'll enjoy the villa's convenient location, 10 minutes from the town of Cruz Bay and 15 minutes from national park beaches. Just a short walk below, lies Hart Bay Beach where you can swim, snorkel or beach comb to your Heart's Delight.

This is my family's fifth vacation with Island Getaways to this villa. Everything is always perfect. We will always recommend Island Getaways. Kathy and crew do a great job.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Our first trip to St. John for 5 of us but 2nd trip for 3. It has been an awesome time and an adventure we will never forget. We had an amazing time at Rendezview and couldn't have chosed a better place to stay. While here two of us got married right by the pool and the ocean was in the background. A lovely view for every morning when you wake up. The house is awesome and well stocked. The pool comes in handy if you have someone who doesn't like the heat and gets hot very fast. Thank you so much for letting us stay here and creating memories we will never forget. St. John is truly magical and gorgeous beyond belief!Did you find this review helpful? Rendezview was pefect for our needs - our wants - and exceeded our expectations. We were 6 adults and 2 fifteen year olds. Fabulous to have the beach to ourselves almost the shole time. Our family absolutely loved it here! It was our first trip to St.John, but hopefully not our last. We had a wonderful experience. Our family would highly recommend Francis Bay. We went on a boatride sponsored by the Westin, which was also very fun. But, what really made our stay in St. John special was Rendezview. Our 3rd trip to St. John but our 1st to Rendezview. We loved it here! Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was just wonderful! The villa is very comfortable and extremely well stocked. A gathering of friends from Colorado, Virginia & Minnesota for an exceptional week of snorkeling, dining, exploring & excessive card playing of Wizard. This house is very well appointed, needing nothing extra for cooking. The pool here is wonderful, BIG, refreshing. Nice to have a flat driveway. We have experienced many that were gravity challenged.
