Relax on the beach or snooze on the 32 foot lanai on a sunny afternoon. Our unit is complete with full kitchen and snack bar, all appliances, dishes, and utensils. There is a large master suite with king sized bed over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds, HD flat screen TV. . Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living room overlooks the beach and has a queen sized sleeper sofa. This condo has been tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. Washer and dryer are accessible on the same floor.

Why the Owner Chose South Seas Northwest
After coming down for 9 years we really got used to getting out of the cold Minnesota winters for a couple of weeks in January. We found it was a great way to break up the long winters. Now not only are we fortunate enough to enjoy our own place on the beach of Marco, but we get to share the experience with others.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It's funny, our friends always ask us what we have planned for our trip to Marco and we just laugh and say "nothing" For us that is the best part of coming to Marco, we don't have to plan. It's a great place to simply come and relax and take each day one at at a time. Lots of beach time, pool time, and a beverage of your choice at sunset!
Our 2 girls have been coming to Marco since they were born. They love the beach, especially going to the beach early in the morning to look for sand dollars. Oh did I mention the pool, they love the pool too.
Marco Island does have plenty to do. Lots of great restaurants, fresh seafood, boat rentals, golf,fishing,biking and much more. So whether your looking to come and veg out and just recharge your batteries or be more active, there really is something for everyone here, Marco Island is the perfect vacation destination.

Restaurant/ sports bar. The best thing about Sunset grill is that you can order you favorite beverage and walk out to the beach and watch spectacular sunsets. Great food too!
Ice Cream, Coffee shops,Spa and Restaurants as well as outdoor bar and courtyard on the water. Live music outside at night.
Three great restaurants at this location with outdoor dining available. Davinci is our favorite though. Wonderful ice cream shop for after diner is at the same location!
A fun place on the water to go for shopping, boat rides. and water front dining. Just a 25 minute drive up US 41. The boat tour is really a lot of fun. It takes you through Naples bay to see some unbelievable homes on the water then out to the gulf and back. We have seen dolphins almost every time we have been on the boat tour.
Fun Casual dining. Self serve, you order at the bar. Great fish, burgers and sushi. You can't go wrong here.
Don't judge this book by it's cover. Nice atmosphere, great food, excellent service. Be sure to try the brie!
Fresh seafood,shrimp, fish, crab legs and more. The crab cakes are a must!

My wife and I are from Minnesota where we currently reside with our to children. My wife has been coming to Marco since she was a young girl. She turned me on to my first taste of paradise here in Marco in 1992 on our honeymoon. We have been coming back ever since.

My wife and I have stayed in this unit each spring for the last 5 years, and the weather has always been fabulous. The unit is always clean and comfortable. The entire facility is maintained very well, with an excellent pool area. There are great views of the beach. Marco is a place for a laid back vacation. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with great weather, this is an excellent spot.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

The condo was clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. Wi Fi very adequate. The Gulf averaged 86 degrees, the weather, 85 degrees...need i say more? The complex is exclusive and very secure. We will only stay here when we go back to Marco.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
