Located in an area closed to traffic and near countless classic Florentine restaurants and trattorias, the apartment is 50 meters from the Uffizi Museum and Piazza Signoria. It's a two bedroom apartment on the first floor without an elevator. The large bedroom (with a double or 2 single beds) has a closet, and the smaller bedroom has a single bed with the possibility to add a second.

The apartment has one and a half baths with a bathtub and shower. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, American coffee maker, toaster, settings for 6, ample closet space, iron, ironing board, and all necessary cleaning supplies. The living room has a wall of bookshelves, a TV, stereo, and two large comfortable leather sofas. The apartment does not have air conditioning or a telephone. Tastefully furnished, this sunny, comfortable apartment was recently renovated and is suitable for short term stays or for periods of several months.
