This is a very tastefully decorated, 3rd floor condo in Beachside Two building. You can sit on your own private balcony to view an absolutely gorgeous view of the Beach and Gulf in 1 of the 4 high-rise condo buildings located the closest to the ocean in all of Destin.
Beachside Two is located in a festive spot in Sandestin Resort as you can sit on your balcony listening to the live band playing 1-5 pm daily during the in-season and many other days during the year. The band plays Jimmy Buffet-type music suitable for the entire family.
The views are great from just about everywhere in this condo - balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. There's TV and VCR in the living room and bedroom. The living room armoire has a stereo, CD Player, and even games for the entire family for the evenings when everyone has had a really big day at the beach and want to stay home that night. Or in case there's an afternoon rain shower.
You even get courtesy use of the owners beach closet items: four beach chairs, four beach umbrellas, two boogie boards, and enough sand toys to dig up all the beaches in Destin and Walton County!
You can park in Beachside Two - two level parking deck that is very large and has one covered level. So your car is out of the hot sun and you can go to/from the condo and car without getting wet if there's an afternoon rain shower. This building has three elevators instead of only two like most buildings.
Sandestin is a great family resort with by far the most beautiful well landscaped resort in all of Northwest Florida. It just got even better as the Sandestin, Village at Baytowne Wharf has opened. It's like New Orleans and Seaside Community all rolled into one place. It has coble stone streets, gas lights, food, and music everywhere. Many specialty shops, restaurants, candy maker shop, bakery, tea house, music on the green many nights, water taxis, and trams to transport you. It is an extremely festive place with things for every member of the family.
