Welcome to the Lookout @ Deer Valley. This new luxury development was completed in 2007 and sets on a quiet hillside amid the tall evergreens in Silver Lake Village area in Upper Deer Valley. This private community has 35 residences situated on 44 acres and is truly impressive with breathtaking panoramic views of the ski runs at Deer Valley. If we had only one word to describe this property, it would be-views, views, views! This is one of the eleven single family homes in the Development. Serene and comfortable describes this home perfectly.
This home has the most desirable floor plan and location available. From a magnificent open entry with views of the ski resort, you step down into the great room with a gourmet kitchen, semi-formal dining room and 180 degree views of the mountains and ski resort. The master suite is on this main level. This five-bedroom, six-bath home provides over 5700 square feet of lovely gathering spaces for entertaining and luxurious private suites for a a large family or business guests. We love the convenience and luxury of an elevator and the pampering of a hot tub. There is a two car garage. There is a 20' by 20' bonus room, so called because, although, it has no windows, it is a finished carpeted space that is great for children to play or people to gather. There is, also, a blow up bed to sleep two people and a pack'n play on site for the convenience of our guests. Daily or midweek cleaning can be provided on request.

Why the Owner Chose Lookout at Deer Valley:
We choose Deer Valley for our vacation rental because our family members are avid skiers and Deer Valley is our number 1 ski resort-and we have skied all over the country. It is perfect for families with young children as well as the most seasoned of skiers-the resort caters to the needs of all. We love to be close to Park City (literally just a few minutes from our home)because of its historic ambiance, great shopping and restaurants(ask us-we have favorites). We go to Salt Lake to hear the Mormon Tabernacle choir on Sunday mornings-this is not to be missed during the holiday season. We like to hike, mountain bike, shop at the outlets, visit the small Utah towns like Heber for lunch and shopping, go to Sundance Ski Resort(Robert Redfords place)in Provo Canyon for weekend brunch. We like to sit on the deck and read a book on a sunny afternoon (it can get hot here when the sun comes out-even in the winter). The hiking trail is 150 feet from our front door-comes equipped with a moose or two. Boating, windsurfing waterskiing on the reservoir-hunting, fishing, rock climbing and beautiful golf courses all a short drive from Lookout. Park City has a genealogy center on Main Street. Because there are so many different things to do, it is a great place for a family reunion. We love it all--winter, summer, spring and fall!
