A luxury penthouse condo in the brand new art deco vacation rental apartment building facing the only public golf course in South Beach. Walking distance to South Beach night life, shops, restaurants and groceries.
This vacation apartment is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels for your convenience (***see below for all features and pictures***).
The living room is full of character with cozy furniture; a large glass door gives you access to the balcony on which you may enjoy evening cocktails / morning coffee as you watch the sunrise and enjoy the penthouse view of the golf club.

The apartment is as described, spacious and fully equipped. It is modern but frankly the floor was not as clean as we would like it to be when we checked in. Lincoln Rd Mall, Macy's and supermarket are all within walking distance. Yet it is quiet with swimming pool and secured parking. Internet is fast and easy to set up. Our secured deposit was refunded promptly (minus $2 because I regrettably broke a water glass...Sorry). Yes, I would recommend the property to family and friends

Our family spend a great vacation in this condo unit, that has all you can ask for. Quiet location and building, yet walking distance to all attractions such as shopping, the beach, restaurants, food store and so on. The unit was very clean and up to date with all the kitchen appliances that you could need for making your stay almost like home. We highly recommend renting this condo if you are a couple or a small family with children.

we spent a lovely week at this well maintained and immaculate 1 br 1 1/2 bath condo, conveniently located about 1 long city block north of the miami convention centre. the condo was well appointed, with cable tv and wireless internet, and a kitchen containing all the essentials for daily living. we particularly enjoyed the balcony and its lovely view across the golf course. the condo is conveniently located, a 6 block walk from the touristy lincoln road pedestrian mall, where a grand assortment of restaurants greet you. we really enjoyed the peace and quiet at the condo, a great improvement over the loud south beach hotel strip which begins to the east 10 blocks away. there is gated on - site parking, and a pool. the pool area was meticulously maintained, private and very peaceful. you will find the vrbo description and photos of this penthouse condo to be completely accurate, and the owner could not have been more helpful . i'd highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet lovely spacious place to stay at the northern end a mile away from miami's famous south beach. we rented a car and were able to get groceries at the nearby shops. with a car, one can visit the everglades shark valley 30 miles away, the miami beaches, bal harbor and its shops, key biscayne, and coral gables. we were not particularly attracted to the infamous and crowded miami south beach/ collins avenue party area, fortunately located about a mile away, which is very attractive to tourists and 20 year olds looking for noise, traffic, crowds, and street parties. we'd highly recommend this condo to like minded visitors who wish to enjoy the peace and quiet rarely found at crowded hotels.

My husband and I and our 2 children came to South Beach to be near friends visiting from out of town. (We live in South Florida.) We stayed for three nights and were very pleased that the apartment was as promised... clean and neat and conveniently located. We walked to Lincoln Road Mall for shopping and the Publix grocery store. When heading to the beach, we chose to drive to the tip of South Beach and park in the marina. Our kids loved spending time at the beach the most of all our activities. The parking in and out of the condo was easy. We would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and will return again ourselves.

My Boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful condo from 3/1/2011 through 3/15/2011. Condo is nicely furnished, clean, located only 2 -3 blocks from Lincoln Rd. Grocery store was only 5 min walk away. It’s located in nice, quiet residential area yet very close to all the restaurants, bars and shopping and walking distance from beach. We enjoyed our stay here very much and owner-John was very helpful with any questions or requests we had.

Sehr gepflegtes, genial ausgestattetes Condo im nördlichen Teil von South Beach Miami. Alle Angaben des Besitzers sind Detailgerecht und entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Stand! Auto würde ich empfehlen, alleine schon deshalb weil der Vermieter einen genialen Parkplatz besitzt und die Wege in Miami länger sind als sie auf der Karte erscheinen. Fussweg zum Ocean Drive/Beach 20 Minuten. Lincoln Road (schönste Strasse Miamis mit unzähligen Geschäften und Restaurants/Bars) erreicht mn nach ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Obwohl das Objekt an einer riesig erscheinenden und viel befahrenen Strasse zu liegen scheint, herrscht hier eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Auch am gut ausgestatteten Poolbereich (bequeme Liegen/Toiletten/Dusche/Sonne bis 15Uhr) kommt relaxendes Feeling auf (was man erst so gar nicht meint). Optimal für Paare mit maximal 2 Kindern. 4 Erwachsene wäre vielleicht etwas beengend. Fazit: Jederzeit würden wir wieder kommen, der Besitzer hält was er verspricht, er bewohnt das Condo selbst!

My sister and I stayed at the loft from 13-19 January 2011 and loved it! You never really know what to expect from private rentals, but we were very, very happy with our apartment. The condo is quite spacious - we could have been 4 people and it wouldn't have been a problem at all. What you see in the pictures is really what you get. A nice, clean place with lots of room and you really do get a sense of being "at home".The well-equipped kitchen was a big hit with us - being able to buy fruit, bread and most important ice cream and have a place to keep it was priceless. The washer/dryer also came in handy. The apartment has a great location in a quiet area, which you will appreciate greatly, once you've walked down the popular and noisy Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue. But it's still close enough to the beach and Lincoln Rd and Ocean Drive. They're all in walking distance. We can only recommend the apartment. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need and it also looks great. Oh, and a WIFI connection that actually works!!

We rented the apartment for 17 days in September 2009. We all enjoyed this nice, well furnished and clean apartment. The condo was wonderful, just as described.The place was quiet, near the Lincoln Road and beach. We also had a parking place under the building and great swimming pool.We really had a great time and I highly recommended this apartment.
