We are located in the nicest and safest area of South Beach, on a quiet residential street with secure gated parking, only two blocks away and within easy walking distance to the best restaurants on Lincoln Rd. A luxury penthouse condo in the brand new art deco vacation rental apartment building facing the only public golf course in South Beach. Walking distance to South Beach night life, shops, restaurants and groceries.
This vacation apartment is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels for your convenience (***see below for all features and pictures***).
The living room is full of character with cozy furniture; a large glass door gives you access to the balcony on which you may enjoy evening cocktails / morning coffee as you watch the sunrise and enjoy the penthouse view of the golf club.
Our best experiences have been with families of 3-4 looking to relax just minutes away from the beautiful beach of Miami, with couples looking to be romantic in a modern / comfortable loft, business people looking to attend meetings across the street at the Miami Convention Center and an exceptional location for golfers.
