This 3 bedroom unit at Los Pinos is spacious (sleeps up to 9) and has the feel of home. On the main floor is a newly refurnished, comfortable family room with a gas fireplace, cable TV and a deck off the back offering beautiful mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area complete the living area. Also on this level are two bedrooms. The first features two new sets of bunk beds, one with a double bed on the bottom, as well as a full on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a second full bathroom located just across the hall.
The master suited is located on the upper level offering complete privacy. It has a vaulted ceiling, a balcony with mountain views, and a gas fireplace. The large master bathroom includes double sinks, a shower and a whirlpool tub. With this unit, you will have full use of the private heated garage with ski racks for convenient storage. You will also enjoy access to the on-site outdoor shared hot tub as well as the shared upper village pool. The unit also includes internet access and a washer and dryer. There are cable TVs located in all the bedrooms. Linens and towels are included.

The listing description is accurate. Very well kept and maintained property. Has all the amenities you need for a long or short stay. Nestled in the woods near the base of the ski resort, the property is quiet and secure. Great get-away for post-ski season. Looks awesome for skiing - you could literally ski from the property to the lift! Breckenridge Main St (numerous shops and restaurants) is a short walk away. Frisco Main St and Dillon Lake is just a short drive away. It’s an easy drive to numerous hiking trails and famous landmarks. This property works for all ages and occasions. Highly recommend!

Our family has been to Breckenridge several times in the past 3 years, and each time has been thrilled to stay at this unit in Los Pinos. The accessibility to both Peak 8 and downtown Breck make it a prime location! We love the spacious master BR, and appreciate the fact that it's upstairs, offering additional privacy. We have stayed here as a family of 5, and also with another family, and it was spacious enough to handle the extra people nicely. The fabulously large dining table serves us well, as we are all able to eat together, and the charming mountain decor reminds us that we are on vacation. If you are going to Breck, this is the place to stay!

The condo is in a small complex with private garage and entrance so it is easy to get in and out. The condo was clean and well maintained. There is no unit above this condo which is a plus. The three bathrooms, two with double sinks, allow even nine people to quickly get ready in the morning or cleaned up in the evening. The condo is within walking distance of downtown and also on a shuttle line so we could get around without driving or parking a car. The complex seemed quiet and also well maintained.
