The view of Great Island National Park is amazing from the seclusion of feeling like you are on your own dune. A picture perfect view of the water is available from almost every window, particularly from the sliding doors of the Living Room, the Kitchen, and the Master Bedroom. All sliders lead to the deck that captures the expanse of Cape Cod Bay.
From the sandy road that leads to the house, to the climbing roses on the white picket fence, to the small well attended garden in front, this is truly a one of a kind property. The kitchen had a total redo in 2003 but still has kept the charm that is a post and beam home. Floors, baths, walls, every detail has been remodeled this past Spring. When the tide is in, one thinks they are on a boat, the water being so close. And with the windows open, the breezes blowing and the sound of the surf, nothing can compare to being right on the water.
