HOW ACCESSIBLE AND CONVENIENT IS INCASTUDIO? Super! IncaStudio (91) - A “Walker’s Paradise” says Walk Score. Also near 6th Ave and I-25 which is the merge of Denvers north/south and east/west highways. Baker is a great neighborhood to experience if you are looking to be near Denver, Downtown, LoDo, LoHi, Highlands, Cherry Creek, Cap Hill, Cheesman, Wash Park, and DU. WHAT WILL MY LIVING SPACE BE LIKE? Way cooler than a hotel. And with 4x the space! Sleeping for up to four (between two separate bedroom areas) on the lower level; cooking, hanging and relaxing for even MORE people on the upper level. Great central location for gathering groups of people together. The kitchen is decked out for entertaining guests and cooking meals. And yes there is a grill on a private balcony. We’ve taken care to provide many extras like spices, coffee, olive oil, and sugar so you won’t be running to the store time and time again. Inca Studio comes with two private parking spaces and open parking on the lot at night.
WHICH PERKS ARE INCLUDED? Perks are free of charge. How about laundry and a kitchen with a dishwasher? Full size too. Another awesome plus; WIRELESS and CABLE. You can even watch a few movies on us; just don’t get too crazy! Housekeeping is included upon departure but can also be provided on short notice request. And one other really great perk? Me! Your own local concierge… although Siri may be better with directions.
HOW FAR AWAY AM I FROM EVERYTHING? A stone’s throw away! The airport ride will take you about 30 minutes. But after arriving you’ll have the city at your door.
----- Live local (5 minutes) - Throw some sunglasses on and head out the door in whatever attire you choose. Flip-flops and a winter jacket are very normal everyday Denver attire. Gas, breakfast burritos, DONUTS, coffee and liquor just steps away. Did we mention the Santiago’s burritos for 2$?
------ Get Moving (15 minutes) – Grab your runners or flip-flops and head out to explore. Tons of cool pocket neighborhoods, Cherry Creek Trail, the lightrail and downtown; all in a day’s travels. Rockies game, next stop!
------ Pack the Car (30 minutes+) – From the heart of the city you’ll be a short drive to the mountains, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Boulder and of course the airport.

SLEEPING (2-5)
Two separate sleeping areas offer more flexibility. The private bedroom combines a super comfy, queen bed with drawers, walk in closet with lots of hanging space and a private master bath. The master bath is the main showering bath. The second bedroom is highly flexible and can be used for additional sleeping. Two twin beds can be separated or combined to accommodate children, couples or singles. Both sleeping areas are on the lower level. The upper level sofa provides another sleeping option for the less picky single or child.

We have been using The Citrus Lab for a few years now. They have always had properties in the coolest neighborhoods and this property in Baker is in a primo location! Wow! We could get anywhere within 10-15 minutes and parking was so easy. Not only are there bars and restaurants steps away, we were able to take advantage of a professional gym next door and the Aveda Salon on the corner. We had everything we needed once again and look forward to staying here again. Thank you Jen!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

We just stayed at this wonderful condo in August, 2011. Beautiful place in a fantastic location, close to everything we needed. The Cherry Creek Trail is a very short walk, perfect for a morning run. Working with Jennifer was very enjoyable and made our entire vacation a huge hit. Thank you for everything.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, pet owners.

All properties we list are new, contemporary and furnished with new furnishings and accessories. We take care to provide you an awesome place to stay in some of Denver's coolest neighborhoods but at an extremely reasonable rate. You will absolutely love these properties! This unit was custom designed and completed in 2003. We have had multiple renters and many repeats! Here you will have all the comforts of home, including all the food staples, wine, and every possible dish or kitchen item you might need. There are lots linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels -- you name it. We thank you for considering us, and hope to meet you soon!
