This stunning three-bedroom, three-bath villa home is situated in the delightful community of Rotonda in Englewood on Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast.
The area is renowned for its spectacular golf courses and magnificent sandy beaches; the villa itself is set on a half acre lot within a quiet cul-de-sac that overlooks secluded woodlands.
The villa is an ideal base for those wishing to combine a relaxing beach holiday with visits to the many attractions and places of interest Florida has to offer.
The villa is newly built and has a lovely private solar heated swimming pool and electrically heated spa. The oversized pool deck is south-facing, thus guaranteeing sunshine throughout the day and guests can enjoy a barbecue or use the convenient poolside shower. Furnished to a very high standard, the air-conditioned villa comprises a Large King Bed Master Suite, a Queen sized bed in the guest bedroom and a third bedroom which can be setup with a King bed or twin beds as required. There is also a third bathroom.
The spacious and comfortable family room is equipped with a satellite TV providing access to 110 channels plus all local chanels, movie channels and HBO, a DVD player, video recorder, CD player and a PlayStation2 games console.
A computer with Free unlimited Internet access is also available for use.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts many features including a waste disposal unit, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. A separate laundry area is home to a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The villa enjoys a central location where visitors can reach Tampa within ninety minutes, the attractions of Orlando in two and a half hours and spectacular Miami in three and a half hours. There are many shops and restaurants in the local area and there are many nearby sporting activities to enjoy.
