Welcome to Herring House our "off the beaten path" beach house located in John's Pass Village, Madeira Beach.

We have 2 units available -upstairs and downstairs. You can reserve the entire property for FUN FAMILY vacations! Each unit is 2 bedroom 1 bath. Our newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath units are on the inter coastal waterway off the Gulf of Mexico.
We are Pet Friendly but you would never know it -units are clean and smell heavenly! Only dirt on the floor is sand from the beach that you brought in! Each unit is decorated "beach chic" and are well equipped for your stay. There is a deep water slip available to dock your boat or jet ski.
New great additions to the property are digital combo door locks-eliminating the need for keys. We also have a large utility room accessed by your private digital door lock with new washer and dryer free for your use. We also have Wireless Internet connection!
There is plenty to do in our small town. We are in walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, shopping, night life, recreation in Johns Pass Village and THE BEACH. From the driveway it is a 2 minute drive or bike ride to Madeira Beach and on foot it's less than 10mins if you are pokie. By car or beach trolley you can easily get to St.Pete Beach, PassAGrille, Treasure Island, Clearwater Beach and Tampa to name a few.
If you have children or grandchildren they will be thrilled with fishing off your very own dock or walking to the Pirate Ship cruise. You can rent a boat, jet ski, or Putt-Putt golf just a brisk walk down the road. For the crafting guests we have a new Bead Shop with weekly open beading classes!

This property is a 2 story "duplex- style" building. We are currently renting the ground and second floor units. The bottom has two french doors that open to the water. The upstairs has a sliding door off the master to a large balcony looking over the water. Please let us know if you are specifically interested in the top floor. Also, bicycles and fishing poles can be provided if requested at no extra charge.
We also have specials for the Summer. Imagine staying for a week this summer in your own Beach House!
The property is owned by a local husband and wife so you will be able to reach us anytime.
