Approximately 1300 sq. ft (Fully Remodeled-Marble Kitchen,w/island,18"Porcelin Floors) of very spacious vacationing. About a ½ cocktail or 150 yard stroll to the white sand Beaches of DESTIN. Both Masters have a full bath. One with east facing balcony and 27”TV the other overlooking the lush grounds,pool, and club house. Both have double door closets that run the entire length of the Bedroom. Wonderful friendly neighbors through out.

Laundry room w/ 1 year old fullsize washer and dryer between the bedrooms. The very large open living area has two large comfortable lazy boy type chairs with TWO queen sofa bedS, 36” TV, DVD and another bath.
