Lovely 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths. Gorgeous wide white sand beach. Huge Master Suite with large master bath with Jacuzzi , sitting area and balcony with gulf view (no obstructions i.e. trees, houses, etc)
. Enclosed shower with hot and cold water under house so you can get the sand off before going in the house. Everyone LOVES the warm water... Near Windmark Resort with new restaurants, shopping, etc.
This is a wonderful home, furnished beautifully.Not a typical "beach house" . We take great pride in it and are hoping for renters that will do the same. We know you will enjoy it as we do. Very quiet area.Lovely neighbors., an overseer that will check on the house periodically to make sure all is well for you.

We bought this as a 2nd home and have just recently ( Nov 2010 ) decided to rent it. We rent to a maximum of 6 people ( no exceptions ) The ones who have rented with us love it and will return.They especially have commented on having a nice house at the beach rather the a "beach" House .

which is a quick walk across the street plus you dont get any better than your own pool in the back yard, master suite is very comfortable with large bath, kitchen has everything you will need for your stay and having a washer and dryer was a hugh plus. The location of the house is great there is restaurants either direction and the neighbor is a charter fisherman if you want to fish or just go boating cant get any better than that. Enjoy your stay we did or we would not of stayed seven months.

This home is a treasure! No pictures would justly represent this beautiful place. The house is close to the beach, just a very short walk, but just enough off the beach for some much appreciated privacy, plus, the private pool makes all the difference when you have kids. I couldn't find a better home for the price with a pool(and I looked long and hard before finding this home). Great experience with the owners - super nice, wonderful Christian people. We will DEFINITELY return!
