Lovely 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths. Gorgeous wide white sand beach. Huge Master Suite with large master bath with Jacuzzi , sitting area and balcony with gulf view (no obstructions i.e. trees, houses, etc)
Beautiful private pool, fenced in. Enclosed shower with hot and cold water under house so you can get the sand off before going in the house. Everyone LOVES the warm water... Near Windmark Resort with new restaurants, shopping, etc.
This is a wonderful home, furnished beautifully.Not a typical "beach house" . We take great pride in it and are hoping for renters that will do the same. We know you will enjoy it as we do. Very quiet area.Lovely neighbors. We have pool maintenance once a week, an overseer that will check on the house periodically to make sure all is well for you.

We accept certified checks. $500 security deposit , 1/2 rent due 2 weeks
ahead of reservations. Cleaning fee is $110. Rates do not include 11% Florida tax.

We bought this as a 2nd house and have just recently ( Nov ) decided to rent it. We rent to a maximum of 6 people ( no exceptions ) The ones who have rented with us love it and will return.
