Casa Stephens features 5786 interior square-feet, with six bedrooms and six and one-half baths. All six bedrooms have attached private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, Jacuzzi tub, space to enjoy a relaxing massage and an ocean view. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and an ocean view. The third bedroom has a king sized bed while the fourth has a queen sized bed both with garden views. The fifth bedroom has two twins, that can be pushed together to make one king. The sixth bedroom has a full kitchenette, half bath and steam shower and is located steps from your large infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi.

This five-star property is located in the guard gated community of Punta Ballena. Situated a short 10 min walk to the beach, beach club and Esperanza where you can enjoy a nice lunch or visit their award winning spa. The dining room with ocean view features a beautifully hand carved table for ten persons and a bar that seats four. The kitchen features top of the line appliances and a breakfast bar that seats five.

The 2000 square foot patio has eight lounge chairs for relaxing poolside, a dining room table that seats six, a ping pong table and a swim up pool bar that seats four. There is a built in gas BBQ perfect to cook your favorite meal or have your favorite meal prepared for you by one of our caterers. Your private heated pool is approximately 800 square feet, has an attached Jacuzzi that seats eight and a beautiful swim up bar palapa that is great for hosting cocktail parties.

This centrally cooled residence is complete with surround sound and top of the line A/V equipment. Granite countertops, marble and cantera floors add to the elegance of this villa. Located just off the kitchen is a separate laundry room equipped with full size washer and dryer. The attached garage accommodates two cars, while the driveway will accommodate an additional vehicle.
