My Disney Place is a new and lovely immaculate Florida vacation rental featuring 4 bedrooms (2 are master suites with private baths) and 3.5 bathrooms. For those who have trouble climbing stairs there is a Queen size sleeper sofa on the first floor as well as a half bath. This 1733 square foot villa will accommodate up to 10 people. Located in Davenport (right next to Orlando ), this villa is in center of it all.
Some features are: heated swimming pool, high speed internet access, computer with flat screen monitor, games room, air-conditioning, tasteful décor and best of all, within 10 minutes of Disney World. Universal Studios is just a few minutes furter - you'll be close to enjoy The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in 2010.
This vacation villa is truly a home away from home. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances and utensils to prepare a home cooked meal and a George Foreman grill if you want grilled food. A very beautiful, clean villa. Very well furnished and equipped for a stay which makes you feel at home. The games room, pool and the fact that there is cable TV in three of the four bedrooms sealed it for us. Finally dealing with Jerry was a pleasure. Very smooth transaction and he was patient and thorough with all questions we posed. There will be no other home that we will stay in on our future visits to Florida! I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to my family and friends.

Villa was very comfy and homey. Exactly as advertised and everything we expected and needed. Area was very quiet.A real home away from home. Pool was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Certainly would return and recommend to friends and relatives.

We stayed 5 people in the villa and had a wonderful stay . The villa is perfect for holiday lazy days and relaxing. Nothing like breakfast by the pool and enjoying the game room . We would recomend this house to evryone .

My Florida trip was very relaxing and fun. I came specifically to see Harry Potter with my kids but I ended up having a fantastic time at the parks and just splashing in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and I enjoyed walking and exercising in the Florida weather. I loved the breezy decor and it felt very tropical. There was a game's room, which my kid's used, but I spent most of my time reading by the pool. Good times. It was a good trip.

Great place!!! We hit the water parks and of course, Harry Potter. Hogsmeade was better than I imagined. It was so good to come back to a quiet villa with our own pool. The Potter wait was long so we were all hot and ready for a break. The place was close enough to the parks that we were able to come back for a quick lunch and swim, then hit the park later to see fire works. Computer was handy to check email and surf. Nice not having to bring my own.

Second stay here was even better than the first! We returned because of the great location- close to Disney, Outlet Mall Shopping, Golf and MORE! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Private back with awesome patio and the kids loved the heated pool. The house itself has 2 master suites, making it great for a second couple or even a second family. I brought my parents and my 2 boys, and there was still tons of room to spare. The game room was another kid favorite. Full kitchen was perfect for breakfast and lunch, and just a quick drive away to many dining choices. Wonderful brand new supermarket right up the street for beer, wine, deli, bakery and more.
