Here's an elegant, but supremely liveable Victorian with an amazing kitchen, sunny green house, big yard, Hudson River views, massive fireplace - well, you may even need to schedule a day just to enjoy the house!

Located in Historic Park Hill, Yonkers, our home is a short distance from the sights and sounds of NYC amidst trees and river views. We even commute our kids to school in NYC because it's an easy trip on a daily basis.

Keep your car in the garage, call an $8 cab to the #1 IRT subway or the Yonkers train station on Metro North. A drive down the West Side of Manhattan brings you into town in no time. The house is also moments away from many Westchester highways (Saw Mill, 87, 287, Taconic, 684) and 7 minutes from the George Washington Bridge.

Sleeping accommodations include 1 King bed, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles and two twins set up as a bunk bed. We have three full baths and two half baths. The entire house is completely renovated to enhance its roots in 1894 Victorian architecture. This stone and shingle beauty is central home-base for all your New York and Westchester vacations.

Book early for holiday season and school vacations. Three day weekends also available.
