Take the elevator to the top! This third floor corner condo gives you awesome sunrises on the balcony and lots of windows to see the large white sand dunes of the State Park just to north!
There is plenty to do and see very close by... white, sandy beaches, the pier and a large park are only a couple of minutes' walk. Or enjoy Seaside's private swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped or dine out! There are fantastic seafood restaurants within walking distance or enjoy a variety of different restaurants in a wide range of prices in the historic district!

Possibly the cleanest rental property I have ever used. Very comfortable. Almost to the level that you would provide in your own house. great accomodations, plenty of kitchen gadgets. Easy walk to the beach. Rental agent was very helpful.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

What a great place for a family vacation! The place is clean, spacious and close to all kinds of family fun...pier,beach, swimming pool, Alligator Farm and historic area. We had a ball!
