BEACH MANOR at Tops'l Resort Condo is on the 8th floor & has an incredible combination of multiple views from numerous rooms/areas. The Living Room, Dining Room, Master Bed Room, and Balcony all are blessed with the above noted views. There's TV and VCR in every room, Stereo and CD player in the Living Room armoire. There's even games for the kids and entire family - for when everyone wants to stay home after a big day on the beach, or in case of an afternoon rain shower.
Tops'l Resort is one of the defacto top two resorts in Destin. It has more of a village feel with a less crowded beach than typical for the area. Yet you're still right in the best part of Destin. Tops'l is a top family-oriented resort.
At BEACH MANOR you get courtesy use of the owners: ground floor beach locker items - four sand chairs, four umbrellas, two boogie boards, and tons of sand toys. We provide their use to save your valuable auto travel space and to save you money ! You'll have more dollars for great meals, shopping, or other fun.
The Beach Manor is a rare find. We owners at Beach Manor purchased gas grills and provide you courtesy use that you can reserve through our office on ground floor. It's a rare thing to find any type grill much less gas grills in any major resort these days. You also have use of two pools (heated in winter), our building Jacuzzi, exercise room, wet sauna, dry sauna. Beach Manor has a five-level covered parking deck - so your car is always out of the hot sun and you can stay dry going to/from condo to car in event of a rain shower.
The new Village BAYTOWNE WHARF has opened. It is located just across from TOPS'L entrance at Sandestin. "It's like New Orleans and Seaside Community all rolled into one place." They've built the New Orleans and Seaside architecture, cobble stone streets - paths - alleys, gas lights, with food, music, specialty shops, and things for the entire family. There's even water taxis that can transport you from the parking across a portion of the Bay to the Village at Baytowne Wharf. They have music on the green many nights a year and many festivities there. Tops'l is perfectly situated for you to enjoy the Baytowne Wharf and yet have the beach and the Beach Manor at Tops'l.
