This property is ideally located on the west rim of St. George with a spectacular panoramic view of various mountain ranges and the village. The beautiful vistas are accesible from the spacious balcony, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom. Amenities are a minute away and 11 golf courses (four championship caliber) are within 15 minutes.
The Non-Smoking Condo is a comfortable 1200 square feet, carpeted throughout and newly furnished. Windows abound to maximize visual splendor. Bedrooms are sizable and well removed from main living area. Entrance is at ground level. No steps.
St. George is a wonderful area for outdoor activities and natural beauty. Zion National Park is 45 minutes away and is must see. The golf could not be better. PLAY ALL YEAR. Courses in excellent conditions with spectacular scenery and superb greens that roll true. Best track (Sunbrook) is just down the block from unit.
Very reasonable rates. Climate ideal. Over 300 days of sunshine. Temperate year round. Quiet, friendly atmosphere; great for families and the serious golfer; but if it's partying you want, Mesquite, Nevada is only 45 minutes away; or Vegas 115 miles.
