This spacious house is located in a popular but quiet East Orange Beach neighborhood. The Orange Beach Recreational Center is just a few blocks away and offers a large variety of family activities and a heated pool fifty-one weeks of the year. The house is also conveniently located to all the shops, restaurants, and activities Orange Beach has to offer.
The front porch is furnished with seating and side tables; the ceiling fan makes this a great place to relax during the day; at night the landscaping lights in the yard and on the stairs cast a soft glow over the front yard.
The home’s open floor plan invites you to relax and enjoy the beautiful furnishings. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all located on one floor with plenty of room for everyone. The Master Suite boasts a luxurious king size bed, a full bath and a private entrance to the back deck. Also available for use is a computer and printer in the master and wireless internet is available throughout the home. The second roomy bedroom has a queen size bed with luxurious bed linens, a small sitting area, flat screen TV, and has a private entrance to the front deck. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed, closet, and plenty of room.
The sofa in the living room folds down into a very comfortable full size bed. The property also has two inflatable twin air mattresses for additional sleep options. There is sufficient space throughout the house for the two air mattresses to be out and still have room to walk around.
The living room has an incredible media center. A flat screen HD TV with HD cable box is loaded with channels, has surround sound with stereo system, a DVD/VHS player with video library, and a PlayStation 2 with games. The comfortable couch and chairs are perfect for watching movies or playing games.
With seating for eight, the dining room table is a perfect place to enjoy great food and conversation anytime of the day. The kitchen bar has additional seating for four. The kitchen is stocked for cooking and the granite topped countertops provide ample counter space. A side by side Whirlpool refrigerator offers plenty of room to stock up for the week. The kitchen has a new stove and microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, and the list goes on and on.
The door off of the kitchen leads to a private and cozy screened in porch; tile flooring, a ceiling fan suspended from stained tongue and groove wood, and recessed lighting make this another ‘room’ of the home that you will enjoy both day or night. Go through the screen door and down the deck stairs to the stone patio where a Gardener’s Paradise awaits that is completely privacy fenced and professionally landscaped. It is all the joys of a garden with none of the work! Enjoy sitting and dining at the ceramic topped table for six which has comfortable cushioned chairs and large umbrella. A fire pit nearby is perfect for toasting marshmallows for s’mores.
A ping pong table lives under the house and is waiting for family tournaments. A table with chairs sits right next to the game table for the fans. Bicycles and helmets are available upon request; there are terrific bicycle and walking trails throughout Orange Beach. We even have a seat for the baby in your family.
This house has new appliances and fixtures throughout. All furnishings were replaced in 2008 with new pieces being added and replaced often. All the lights throughout the house can be dimmed to create a mood. This house offers a place to relax in a quiet location but is minutes away from all the exciting and fun things to do at Orange Beach.

The Unique Benefits at this House
This neighborhood is terrific. It is quiet and peaceful. A quick walk around the block will take you to a great view of the bayou. Right down the road is a wonderful playground that is every child's fantasy. There is also a community center with the works. They have a pool, a full gym, tennis courts and so much more. Plus just 5 minutes down the road is the beach and all the fun shops.
Wonderful trail for walking, running or biking. Plenty of benches to stop and rest or just sit and enjoy the view. Nature all around. Full trail is roughly 15-20 miles round trip. The trail goes to
