Our smoke-free, pet-free unit sleeps 4 and is exquisitly furnished, complete with, 2 - 42” LCD televisions, DVD player and FREE hi-speed internet connection.
Large - master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, 42” LCD television, elegant appointments and full bath.
The unit is cooled by an oversized central air unit and ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped whether you want to prepare a snack or cook a complete Thanksgiving dinner.

Payment terms:
o HOUSEKEEPING CHARGES- cleaning fee of $73.
o $500 deposit and first month rent due at booking; and the remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
o Maximum of 4 guests allowed / At least 2 guests must be 25 years or older.
o Deposit will be returned within one week of departure less charges for damages if any.

We made the decision to buy this condo almost immediatly upon seeing it. To us it was a great opportunity to have this unit which we felt was the premier location on all of St Pete Beach.
It has great beach views from all over the unit and it is within easy walking distance on the beach or Gulf Blvd of a multitude of restaurants, clubs, shopping and beach activities.
