  I was very pleased with this rental property. The house was beautiful, clean & spacious. The owners were very nice and made it very simple to rent the property. This was our first time renting with this web-site and these owners and I would defenatly recomend this property. LOVED IT!!!!!!!

  The house was beautiful. The location was perfect. The owner's brother was extremely friendly, reliable, and helpful as are the owners themselves. The home is located within 5 minutes of Boqueron, Joyuda, and the town of Cabo Rojo. There is a beach within a 5-minute walk, but it is not a swimming beach. It used primarily to launch small boats and jet skis. Boqueron is beach community that is a bit more modern than many other Puerto Rico beach towns. Joyuda is located near the shore and offers several dining options. Combate is about 15 minutes south. If you want to see El Faro (the lighthouse), you need to arrive early since they close the road once 75 cars have parked, forcing you to walk about 15 minutes to the lighthouse. El Combate is another beach town located in the same general vicinity. There is also a shopping center located within 5 minutes of the house, on Route 100, and several fast food restaurants as well. The town (and the plaza) is located on the other side of Rte 100. Rex Cream is the local ice cream shop and the ice cream is delicious. Overall, I enjoyed every day I spent in Cabo Rojo and look forward to my next trip there.

  We just returned from a week long vacation at this beautiful home and we were all very pleased with the accomodations. Prior to our arrival the owners were easy to get a hold of and made the reservation process easy and hassle free. Upon arrival the owner's brother gave us a tour of the home and the surrounding area and showed us how everthing worked. He was always a phone call away whenever we had a question. Everyone was pleasant and easy to talk to. The home is located on a quiet street with only two other homes. It is down the road from the beach area and five minutes from the main road and shopping areas. The area is very peaceful and the home is located in a gated community. The home is very secure and has beautiful iron gates througout. Our family consisted of four adults and two small children (ages 2 and 4) and we were all very comfortable. The home is finished with high quality materials and appliances including a dish washer, washer and dryer, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, iron, and a blow dryer. The home is beautifully furnished and well maintaIned. The beds were very comfortable our only concern was that the beds were a little high for our small children but we managed. The home was very clean and the owners provided linens and towels. Our family truly enjoyed the home especially the outdoor lounge area and terrace. The views from the rooftop were breathtaking and the sunrise and sunsets were amazing. The home has views of the ocean and the mountains. We loved the location and the surrounding areas however a rental car is a must. We definitely reccomend staying in Cabo Rojo and suggest that anyone staying in the area visit the nearby prestine beaches such as Boqueron, Combate, and Playa Sucia. The views from the Morillos Lighthouse in Cabo Rojo were absolutely incredible. And for those looking for good Spanish food we reccomend El Bohio in Joyuda and Don Quixote in Mayaguez. We highly reccomend the property and thank the owners for opening thier home to us.

  I strongly recommend this property!! Communication with the owners was excellent; they clarified all questions, and provide reasonable payment options. Our local contact person was very kind and available. The house is big, well maintain, in an excellent location, near Joyuda (good seafood restaurants), 10 minutes from Boquerón (beaches, the Poblado, Faro, etc), and 10 minutes to Mayaguez (mall, bowling, movies). The house has 3 big rooms, beds and pillows are excellent, all air conditioned, linen and towels were provided and they are in excellent conditions. The kitchen is beautiful and enormous, we enjoy it!! That was our family meeting place, LOL...It has all that you could need. Dining room is big enough for 8 people. Living room has a TV, stereo system, fans and a bar. Dining room's air conditioner cools also the living room. The upstairs terrace has a beautiful view. The house is upstairs; downstairs you will find a bathroom and parking area. I usually don't complete reviews (due to time issues) but for this one I decided that it was worth it. We have a great vacation time. My family enjoys just stay at the house some days!! We went to Boquerón beach, El Faro, Playa Sucia beach, El gatito negro (Joyuda's restaurant), El poblado (Boquerón area known for their oysters), to the movies, to bowling, and Pimentos (Cabo Rojo diner at 100 RD). The last day in our way to San Juan, we stopped at Aguadilla’s pool place Las Cascadas and after 5 pm we went Ice skating (at Aguadilla too, that is a 45 minutes drive in direction to San Juan). So, I will definitely look for this property in the future and I strongly recommended it!! Thank you!!
