Grand Harbor is an exclusive 1300 acre gated community with such world class amenities as two golf courses, 10 Har-Tru tennis courts, a private Club House with restaurants, bar and fitness center, and a Beach Club with pool and restaurants. There are miles of private paths for walking and biking. Grand Harbor is a designated Audubon sanctuary.
Indian River County is renowned for great fishing, the Indian River Lagoon, wildlife, theater, museums, shopping, and fine dining.
Our ground floor condominium has two master bedroom suites with separate dressing areas. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The condo has a spacious combination living room / dining room just recently updated with new furniture and paint. The condo looks out on the golf course. The condo also has a well equipped kitchen and a separate screened lanai for relaxing and dining. All of the rooms have tiled floors.
The condo is a very short walk to a beautiful pool and pool spa. It is also a short walk to the tennis complex and the clubhouse for dinning and workouts. Two bicycles are available for renter's use with the bike paths leading to many beautiful vistas with the most wonderful bird life.
A stay at Grand Harbor is really a wonderful experience. Once you try it, you'll keep returning.
