Beautiful private residence in Rancho La Qinta CC. Quite possibly the most beautiful and well maintained gated community in the Palm Desert area.
This very comfortable 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home is fully equipped and furnished for your total enjoyment. There is a Cal-king bed in the master suite and one queen each in the two guest bedrooms. Each bedroom also has it's own bath, large flat-screen TV and DVD player. In the great room there is a natural gas fireplace, wide screen TV and a large down filled sectional sofa.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts loads of corian topped counterspace, all stainless appliances including a 5 burner gas cook top range, dual electric ovens, microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator with in-the-door ice and water dispenser. In the private rear yard overlooking 2nd fairway of the Jerry Pate designed golf course (one of two within the community) there is a large custom pebbletec pool with a natural rock waterfall and spa, lush landscaping with dramatic lighting, palm trees, custom built-in BBQ, covered patio with overhead fan, and a large patio table that seats 6 in cushioned comfort. PLEASE BOOK EARLY AS THERE ARE ALREADY SEVERAL INQUIRIES FOR THE 2011-2012 SEASON. NOVEMBER STARTS THE HIGH SEASON. MONTHLY OR MULTIPLE MONTH RENTALS ONLY.
